Went with this over the big chains because the same toolbox was quite a bit cheaper. Compared to two other places I checked, the lid hinges feel sturdier. Ordered Tuesday, arrived Thursday. Happy enough with it for the garage.

My old car charger stopped working on the motorway, so I needed a replacement quickly. Ordered one from here and it was the right fit for my model. Charges my phone fast and feels well made. Would buy from them again.

Easiest order I've done in ages, the checkout only took a couple of minutes on my phone. Got a new kettle and toaster set and they arrived the next working day. Packaging was solid and everything was there. Nothing to moan about.

Honestly the best place I've found for cotton bedding at this price. I've bought from the same range three times now and the thread count is consistent each time. Washes well at forty degrees without pilling. Good value.

Ordered a long wool coat from the site last month, my first time buying from them, and I was a bit nervous about the sizing. The size guide was spot on and the coat fits really well. Arrived in two days and it looks just like the photos. Really pleased with it so far.

Always reliable for my kitchen bits. I've been ordering from them for about eight years. Delivery is nearly always the next day and the returns are easy when something's off. Good prices for a regular customer.

I needed a dress for a wedding in three weeks and wanted something I could wear again. Ordered a midi in navy and it arrived with time to spare. The fabric is lovely and the lining is properly sewn. Fits me well at the waist.

Best place I've found for kids' school uniform. I looked at three other sites and their sizing was all over the place. Here the jumpers and polo shirts came in the sizes listed and washed well. Prices are fair for what you get. Will be going back for next term.

Bought the lightweight summer duvet after looking at a few places. The tog rating and the size were both listed clearly. It arrived squashed in a bag but puffed up within an hour. Warm enough without being too much. Happy with it.

Compared to the hardware shop down the road, ordering here saves me the drive and the prices are lower on the same paint. The tins arrived in good order and the colour matches my sample card. Plenty of choice.

I'd been buying my reading glasses from the high street for years, but the chain prices had crept up quite a bit. Compared to those, the frames from here are a good deal less and the lenses are just as clear. Ordering was straightforward and I didn't need to ring anyone. Delivery came in a few days, which suited me very well. I'm glad I switched.

Needed a present for my mate's birthday on Saturday and forgot until Thursday. Found a decent watch on the site and ordered it that night. It turned up Friday morning which saved me. Watch is nice, strap is a bit stiff but it's fine.
