Went with this over the big chains because the same toolbox was quite a bit cheaper. Compared to two other places I checked, the lid hinges feel sturdier. Ordered Tuesday, arrived Thursday. Happy enough with it for the garage.
Read moreCompared to the other big retailers I usually use, this was dearer for the same kind of garden hose reel. I'd hoped the price would make up for the slower delivery but it didn't. The reel works fine and the hose is decent. I'd check a few other places before paying what they charge.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was the free returns label came by email straight away, which saved me a trip to the post office. Ordered a set of bedside lamps for the spare room and they turned up in three days, all in one box with no damage. The only niggle is the returns portal wanted me to log in twice before it would let me print anything, but once I got past that it was fine. Would order again.
Read moreCompared with the cardigan I have from my usual shop, this one feels thinner and the colour is a shade different from the photo. It is cheaper, I'll admit. The fit is alright and the delivery came when it said it would. I doubt I'd order this particular one again.
Needed a new pair of trainers for my shift work, my old ones had split. Ordered on my phone during my break. The checkout was fine but the delivery said three to five days and it was actually six. Trainers are okay, fit fine.
The biggest thing I noticed was how long the returns form took to load on my phone. Once I got it sorted the refund went back quickly. The desk jacket I sent back was too big, which was my fault. Delivery itself was fine and the jacket looks good on.
