I needed a gift for my granddaughter's birthday in a hurry and the price was reasonable, which I appreciated. The delivery took longer than the site said, nearly a week, and I had to chase it once. When it arrived the item was fine and well made. It was a fair price but I'd have liked a bit more warning about the delay.

I bought a spare battery for my cordless drill and it cost well under what the shops were asking. It arrived in a box with proper padding, nothing rattling about. Charges up in the usual time and holds its charge through a full weekend of jobs. For the money it's sensible value.

Sorted, I'd say, and I've ordered from them more than once now. The seed packets came fresh and the germination has been decent this year. Delivery was quick and the box was clearly labelled so I knew which parcel was mine. Nothing to grumble about, I'll be back.

Needed a new shower head because the old one had gone limp and the pressure was rubbish. Ordered on the Monday and it was here Thursday. Fitted it in ten minutes with no leaks.

Needed a replacement fuel filter for my van and I knew the exact spec I wanted. Found the right one quickly and it arrived in two days. Fits straight on with no modifying. Saves a trip to the garage.

Way better than the cheap ones at the big supermarket, honestly. Took about a day less to arrive and the stuff actually works. Ordering was dead simple. Would get again.

Compared with the high street, this was noticeably cheaper for the same brand of paint, and I got more tins for the money. Delivery was a day quicker than I expected and the tins were all in one piece. Colour matched the sample card well enough. Good value for a big job.

I ordered the cordless hedge trimmer a few weeks back and it arrived well packed and on time. I'd been putting off the hedges for ages so it was a relief to finally get them done. The battery holds up better than I expected and the site made the whole ordering process very easy to follow. Would happily use them again.

I ordered the pendant lamp for over the kitchen table and it's a lovely piece in the end. The cable is a bit shorter than the photo suggested, so I had to adjust the height more than I'd planned. Otherwise it arrived well packed and the fitting instructions were clear. The price was fair for the finish.

I know my lighting well and this is a solid pick for a kitchen. The site asked me to create an account before I could even see the delivery cost, which was annoying. Once I got through that the order went smoothly and it arrived in good nick. Just make the basket clearer.

Been a customer here for years, so I know what to expect by now and I've rarely been let down. Compared with the other place I used to buy from, the stock is more reliable and the returns are simpler. Recently I reordered the same kitchen knives and they arrived on time, sharp and unchipped. Would keep buying.

I used to buy my cotton bedding from a local shop, but the choice there got smaller every year. Switched to this site a while back and the range is much wider. Sheets have stayed soft after lots of washes. Been ordering from them for years now.

Before picking this I compared three other sites for the same garden lights and the postage here was the lowest once I added it all up. What stood out most was that the price shown already included delivery, so no nasty surprise at checkout. Set-up was easy and they've held up through a wet autumn. Happy with it.

Honestly it does the job, the kettle works fine and the price was decent for what you get. Delivery took longer than I wanted, about four days when they said two. Only real gripe. Would buy again probably.

I bought the merino thermal socks for walking the coast path and I've been wearing them all winter. The weight is spot on and they don't go baggy at the heel after a long day, which is what usually lets cheaper ones down. The sizing chart matched my feet so I didn't have to return anything. Good stitching too, no loose threads after a wash.

Going with them was the right call for me, the price on the cordless screwdriver kit was lower than the other sites I checked and it turned up two days after I ordered. Checkout took a minute and nothing about it felt fiddly.

The price was the first thing I noticed when I got to checkout, it was a fair bit less than the other places I'd looked at for my nephew's birthday present. Delivery took about four days which was fine, though the tracking updates were a bit vague. Good value if you're not in a rush and don't need it wrapped.

We needed a proper cot mattress quickly because our little one had outgrown the old one and it was keeping us both up. Ordered on a Sunday evening and it turned up by Wednesday, which felt quick. Found the size guide clear enough to get the right fit first time. Packaging was tidy and the mattress was firm, exactly what we wanted.

Really happy with my first order here, I was a bit nervous buying from a site I hadn't used before. The checkout asked for less info than I expected and I got a confirmation straight away. Everything turned up in the box it was supposed to, with the bits wrapped separately so nothing got scratched. Customer chat answered my one question within minutes. I'd order again without a second thought.

I looked at a few other places for a new set of tyre pressure gauges before going with this lot. The thing that stood out most was the included carry case, which the others charged extra for. Gauge reads consistently against my garage one. Ordering was quick and it arrived the next day.
