Got a new bike stand for my workshop and it's exactly what I needed. Stable, folds away neatly. Ordering took two minutes and it came packed well. Good kit for the money.

Needed a set of front and rear lights before the winter commutes started and the price was the main reason I went with them. Ordered on the Thursday night and they were on the doorstep Friday afternoon. Brackets were a bit fiddly to get tight but the lights work fine and were a good bit cheaper than what I'd have paid in town.

Got a set of bike tools for the price of one from the big shop. Good value and the tools feel sturdy enough for home use. The order was packed up neatly and the set came out of the box in fine condition.

The mudguards were the first thing I bought from here and they fitted my hybrid straight away with the brackets included. Delivery was quick and I've been using them all through the wet weather. Been ordering from here for a couple of years now and it's always been simple.

I needed a helmet for the delivery job and the one I had was cracked. Ordered one on my phone during a break and it was dead easy. Came the next day, fits well and feels light. Happy with it, the strap is comfy and the padding is decent.

I compared about four sites before picking this one and the prices here were noticeably lower for the same spec of bike parts I wanted. Ordering was simple, the checkout didn't ask me to make an account and the confirmation email came straight away. Parts arrived in two days, nicely packed. I'd have paid a bit more elsewhere for less, so this is where I'll go next time for my bike bits.

First order here and I got a pair of bar ends for my road bike. Came in a couple of days and they're a good fit, the clamp is tight. Checkout was straightforward and no nonsense. Good first experience.

Cheaper than the other sites I looked at for the same lock. Ordering was fine but the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about five days. Lock works well and the key feels solid.

My touring bike needed new brake and gear cables before the summer trip. I know my way around a workshop so I went through the spec carefully before ordering. The cables are the correct gauge and the outer casing is neat. Arrived quickly and everything fitted first time.

I ordered the waterproof bike cover for my bicycle and was pleased with it. It arrived promptly and was well packed. The cover fits snugly and has kept the rain off all winter. I'd happily order from them again.

Compared this with the big chain shop in town and it's a fair bit cheaper for the same brake pads. I've ordered from here for years and it's never let me down. Delivery was quick and the pads fitted without any faff.

Honestly I know bike cleats pretty well and these don't suit a road shoe, the spacing is off. The site did say compatible with most shoes so that's on me partly. Customer service replied after three days which was slow but polite. Refund process was a bit fiddly, took ages to get the return label sorted.

I needed a new padlock and chain for the shed after the old set rusted through. I've been ordering from this site for about six years now. Everything I've had from them has come well wrapped and on time. The padlock is solid and the chain was exactly the length I asked for.

I needed a bike rack for the car before we went on holiday, and my old one had a broken hinge. Ordered it on my phone in the car park and it was quick and easy. It arrived two days later, fitted to the tow bar without any drama, and it's held two bikes on the motorway no problem. Would order again.

The first thing I noticed was how quick it arrived, two days after I placed the order on a Monday. I'd been put off by the reviews on other sites but the checkout was simple and I didn't have to make an account. The stand itself is sturdy and folds away nicely in the garage. Only thing is the tracking emails were a bit vague about the time slot, so I had to wait in all afternoon.

Going straight to the point, the basket price was the best I found for a set of tyre levers and a patch kit. Delivery took five working days which is longer than the site suggested. Everything arrived in one piece and the levers are decent enough. Would have been a five if it had come sooner.

Had a look at three or four bike shops online before settling on this one. Their price on a pair of disc brake pads was the lowest I found and the checkout was quick with no account needed. Took a couple of days to show up but that was fine for what I needed. Would order from them again.

Honestly the bike pump is good kit, nothing I've bought has let me down. The gauge reads clearly and the hose is a decent length. Delivery was prompt and it came well packed. Would order from here again without a second thought.

Only ordered it because my old one snapped off, and the bell came the day after I paid. Easy to find on the site and the filter helped. It's a bit tinnier than I expected but it does the job on the commute. The fitting bracket was a bit loose at first so I had to tighten it.

Bought a chain and sprockets set on the site. Arrived next day. Fitted it on the weekend, shifting is smooth. Ordering was quick on my phone, just a few taps. Happy with it.
