I purchased a lightweight waterproof raincoat for my walks around the village. It has a proper hood and the zips run smoothly, which I didn't expect at this price. The coat arrived within the week and fits as the size guide suggested. Very pleased with it, and it keeps the rain off nicely.
Read moreI needed a new shower head because mine had furred up badly and the old one was discontinued. Looked at three places and this one was the cheapest for the model I wanted. The finish was duller than the photo and one of the plastic clips snapped on fitting. Sent it back and the return form was confusing to fill in.
Read moreNeeded a replacement door seal and a filter for the dishwasher and the model number on the site matched mine straight away, which saved a lot of faffing about. Prices were a bit higher than the parts I found on a marketplace, but the seal fitted first time and the filter came in a sealed bag. Delivery was quick, next day, and the instructions in the box were clear enough. Happy enough with it.

Definitely a good experience. Ordered a replacement charging cable for my drill on a Friday night and it came by Monday. Had one question about compatibility and got a reply within the hour. Will use again.
Bought a basic fan heater for the spare room and it was the cheapest one that had decent reviews, which is why I went for it. Arrived in two days, plugged in, heats the room in ten minutes. Hard to fault for the money and I'd order from them again.
Needed a blade and a couple of bolts for the mower, and this was the cheapest place that actually had the right parts listed. Everything fitted first time and the blade is properly balanced. Arrived in a few days in a small padded envelope. Good value for keeping an old mower going.
Had a flight in two days and my laptop charger died the night before, so I needed something fast. Ordered one of the universal ones and it came the next morning, which I didn't think was possible. It works with my laptop and the plug fits the adaptor I already had. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account. Really helpful when I was stressed about getting ready.
I am glad to say this was a very satisfactory purchase, and the grab rail arrived well packed and in good order. The fixings were all there with clear instructions, which my husband appreciated. The staff were courteous when I rang with a question about the wall plugs. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
I needed a phone stand for my desk because my neck was hurting from looking down all day. This was my first time ordering from the site and the checkout was simple. It arrived quickly and the stand is sturdy and adjustable. Glad I found it.
I've been ordering from them since about 2016 and the thing I always notice is how the site remembers my sizes and what I bought last time. Bought a pack of replacement sprinkler heads for the lawn this spring and they turned up within three days, nicely boxed. The prices are a touch lower than the garden centre, so I keep coming back to them.
Bought a set of cable ties and a drill bit kit, both at a sensible price. Stock was there and nothing was out of order. Arrived promptly and the bits are good quality for the money.
Went with this over the rival brand I'd been eyeing because the price was a few quid lower for the same tripod. The head locks firmly and the legs don't slip. Quick order, arrived next day. Job done.
