I purchased a lightweight waterproof raincoat for my walks around the village. It has a proper hood and the zips run smoothly, which I didn't expect at this price. The coat arrived within the week and fits as the size guide suggested. Very pleased with it, and it keeps the rain off nicely.
Read moreI needed a new shower head because mine had furred up badly and the old one was discontinued. Looked at three places and this one was the cheapest for the model I wanted. The finish was duller than the photo and one of the plastic clips snapped on fitting. Sent it back and the return form was confusing to fill in.
Read moreNeeded a replacement door seal and a filter for the dishwasher and the model number on the site matched mine straight away, which saved a lot of faffing about. Prices were a bit higher than the parts I found on a marketplace, but the seal fitted first time and the filter came in a sealed bag. Delivery was quick, next day, and the instructions in the box were clear enough. Happy enough with it.

Bought a set of storage boxes for the loft. They're fine, sturdy enough and the lids click shut. Took over a week to turn up though, and I had to message them to find out where it was. Not a disaster, but I'd have liked a clearer update.
