The first thing I noticed when my latest order came was how carefully it was boxed, with the shoes wrapped separately so nothing rubbed. I've been ordering here for years and that's always been the case. The returns form is still a bit fiddly on the phone, but I managed it in the end. I'd keep ordering from them.

Needed a backup pair for work after my main ones gave out. Quick to order on my phone and they came the next working day. The price is reasonable for what you get. One small niggle is that the box was a bit squashed on arrival, but the shoes were fine. Would order again.

Having shopped here for a good decade, I can say the quality has stayed consistent. My daughter and I both order from them, and the trainers last well. The checkout works smoothly and the reminders about sizes are helpful. Delivery has been prompt every time, and the returns process is straightforward when something doesn't fit.

Compared with the chain store near me, these are a fair bit cheaper and the stock is wider in my size. I've been ordering from here on and off for about six years now. The delivery is usually reliable, though a pair took an extra day once. Nothing I'd complain about.

Ordered the white low tops on Friday, arrived Tuesday. Shoes are fine, a bit stiffer than I expected but they'll soften up. Checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone, kept asking me to re-enter my card. Otherwise alright, just in a rush so typing this quick.

Compared with the high street shops I used to go to, this is a clear winner on price. I looked at four other sites before settling on these, and the range was the widest. The trainers are light and the grip is solid. Dispatch was same day and the tracking was accurate. Really pleased with the whole thing.

Looked at four different sites before buying and this one came out on top for me. The sizing guide was spot on and I got the exact fit I wanted in the end. Checkout was quick and the filters made it easy to find what I needed. Would order from them again without a second thought.

Placed my first order here last week and I'm already sold. The checkout was quick and the trainers came in a box that was nicely packed. They fit true to size, which is a relief. Customer service answered my question about sizing within an hour. Easy to recommend to my mates.

Compared with the trainers I usually buy from a big name, these feel a bit less cushioned and the heel rubs after a few hours. I ordered them as a cheaper option to try. The delivery was quick and the price is lower, which I liked. Probably one for when I need a spare pair rather than my main ones.

Ordered a pair of skate shoes on my lunch break and they arrived two days later. Sizing was right. Fast delivery and easy checkout, which is what I need when I'm busy. Nothing else to say, they're great.

I needed a smart pair of black trainers for a family wedding and didn't want to spend a fortune. These were reasonably priced and look decent with a suit. Long-time buyer here, and they've always been dependable.

Bought a pair of running trainers after comparing three sites, and this one had the best range for the money. The cushioning is comfy on longer runs and the grip on wet pavements is good. Delivery was next day, which I wasn't expecting for the price. Happy with it.

I needed new gym trainers after my old pair started falling apart. Before buying I checked a few other places, and this one was a little more expensive than the cheapest option but the reviews convinced me. The pair arrived well packed, and they've handled squats and running on the treadmill with no issues. My only niggle is the delivery took a day longer than the website estimated, but the shoes themselves are solid and I'm happy.

Compared with the shop in town, these looked a bit different in person. The colour is a shade darker than the photos and the laces are shorter. I did look at a couple of other sites first and they seemed to match better. The price was fair though, and the trainers are comfortable enough.

The colour range is what made me look at this site in the first place, with a lot more choice than the other places I checked. The prices are mid-range and the shoes are comfy enough for daily wear. Delivery took a couple of days longer than I'd hoped over the holiday period. Still pleased.

I compared a few sites before picking these up and they looked like good value. Within a month the sole on one trainer started coming away at the front. I emailed the company and it took four days to get a reply, which was frustrating. The return also needed a fiddly form. I'd expected better for the money.

What stands out to me after years of buying here is how the site has stayed the same, same layout and the same sizes listed. I've bought from them since my daughter first showed me. Deliveries have always turned up when they said they would and the customer team have never kept me waiting long when I've rung.

The grey runners I bought here have been my go-to for about four years now. I've reordered them three times and each pair has arrived in good condition. The sizes stay consistent and the price has barely changed. Delivery has always been on time and the packaging is decent.

I needed a cheap pair of everyday trainers for the commute and these did the job. Price was good and the site was easy to use. Delivery took a bit longer than I'd like but it was fine.
