Our spare room had turned into a dumping ground and we needed proper shelving to sort it out. Looked at a few places before settling on this lot because the reviews on the product pages were actually useful. Ordered on a Sunday night and it turned up midweek, all the bits were there and the instructions made sense. Took me an evening to put together and it's been solid since.
Read moreCompared to the big names, this was a fair bit cheaper for the same brand of trainers. Delivery took five days though, which is fine but longer than the site said. Price was the reason I bought, so I can live with it.
Read moreBeen ordering from them for ages now, and the thing I always notice is how the tracking page updates as the parcel moves through the depot, which is handy when you're waiting on something for a birthday. Last month a replacement lamp arrived two days early, the box was taped up properly and nothing was broken. Saves me a trip to the retail park every time.
Read moreBought the bike lock because my old one got cut through last month. It's sturdy and feels properly built, though the key is a bit fiddly to turn at first. Delivery was fast and the price was reasonable for what it does. Not a problem once you get used to it.
I found the packing slip with the order number very helpful when I needed to contact them about a small mix up. The order itself went through smoothly and the price was fair. The reply to my email took a couple of days, which was a little slow, but they did put it right in the end.
I needed a proper set of masonry bits for a job at the weekend, the cheap ones from the DIY shop kept snapping in the brick. I went with a set from here and they've held up well so far. The only small niggle was the delivery took a day longer than the site said, but it was still in time for the weekend.
The first thing I noticed was the text message telling me the driver was ten minutes away, which was very useful as I had to pop out. The order itself was straightforward and everything I wanted was easy to find. Pricing was fair. The only small thing was the box took a while to open, but the item was perfectly fine.
