Sachet was fine
got the sample sachet of the face mask to try first. it's ok, a bit thin for the price and it went a bit runny in the post. the mask itself is nice though.

first order, mixed
The first thing I noticed was the bottle, it's heavy and feels like it's worth the money. I'd not bought from them before, so I was a bit unsure how it would go. The order itself was easy but delivery took about a week when they had said three days, and nobody told me about the delay until I asked. The product is decent, though it's not dramatically different from cheaper ones I've used.

Lovely but pricey
The cleansing balm is lovely and removes make up well. It is on the pricier side compared with others I have tried, so I only reorder when I have a little saved up. Delivery was next day and the tub was sealed properly.
Cleanser that lasted ages
I bought the gentle foaming cleanser and it has lasted me about three months, which is good going for the price. The bottle is a decent size and I use it every morning. Delivery took two days and the box arrived in one piece. Nothing to complain about really, it does the job and I'd not pay much more for something similar elsewhere.
Cheaper than the chemist
Compared to the chemist down the road this is a fair bit cheaper for the same sun cream, so I switched. The bottle is a good size. The only thing is the cap is a bit fiddly to get open with wet hands, but it's a minor thing.
Decent value but slow to reply
The prices are a bit lower than the high street for the same brands, and the free delivery threshold is easy to hit, so I've saved a fair bit this year. Only niggle is that I emailed about a missing item and it took three days to get a reply. Nothing big, the item turned up when they sorted it out and I'd still order from them.
