got the sample sachet of the face mask to try first. it's ok, a bit thin for the price and it went a bit runny in the post. the mask itself is nice though.

The first thing I noticed was the bottle, it's heavy and feels like it's worth the money. I'd not bought from them before, so I was a bit unsure how it would go. The order itself was easy but delivery took about a week when they had said three days, and nobody told me about the delay until I asked. The product is decent, though it's not dramatically different from cheaper ones I've used.

Not quite the same as before
Compared with the shaving gel I used to get from them, this new version is a bit thinner and I'm not as keen. I've been a customer for years so it's disappointing to see. Delivery was fine and the site was easy to use. I'm not sure I'll reorder this one.
