Looked at three other makes before I settled on this one. The main thing that stood out was the weight, it's noticeably lighter than the rest for the same load rating. Checkout was straightforward and the order confirmation came straight away. Took about a week to arrive, which was fine for what I paid. Good tripod for the price, I'd buy again.

I needed a proper tripod to shoot time lapses of the allotment through the seasons, as my phone clamp kept drifting over the course of a day. I know my way around tripods, having owned several over the years, so I looked closely at the leg locks and the head. The fluid head is smooth enough for slow pans, and the spreader is a useful addition. It came well packed and I had no trouble setting it up.

Compared it to the big camera chain and it was about a tenner cheaper for the same tripod head, which is why I went for it. Ordering was quick, took me maybe five minutes on my phone. Delivery was a bit slow though, it said two days and came on day four. Not the end of the world but I did check the tracking more than I'd like.

This is easily the best tripod I have owned, and I have been through quite a few over the years. I know what to look for in a head and the locking knobs here are firm and precise. Ordering was straightforward and the parcel came as described. The weight distribution is spot on for my longer lens. I shall be sticking with this make for future purchases.

Got the gimbal head last month for filming my vlogs and it's been great so far. Set up took about ten minutes, the arm locks are a bit stiff but fine once you get the hang of them. Packed it in my bag for a day out and it held up no bother. Would get it again honestly.

I needed a lighter tripod for hiking up to viewpoints, as my old one was simply too heavy on the back. The order went through without trouble and the instructions for setting the legs were clear and sensible. It has been out in some blustery weather and stood firm. Very pleased with my choice, thank you.

Ordered a tripod and it arrived quickly, which was good. The only snag was when I wanted to send one back because the head was the wrong size for my camera. The returns form was a bit fiddly to find and I had to email before they gave me the label. Once sorted it was fine and I got my refund. The product itself is good value for the money.

I needed a cheap spare tripod for the van so I didn't have to carry the main one everywhere. Price was the big draw, it was well under what the high street shops wanted. Checkout was fine, nothing to say there. Delivery took longer than the site suggested, about a week instead of the three days shown. Fair enough for the money.

Quick one from the train. The padded bag they used for the lens was properly thick, which I did not expect for something this cheap. Ordered Tuesday night, it was on my doorstep Thursday morning. Price was fine, nothing I'd complain about. Would order again, probably will.

I've been buying tripods from this firm for well over ten years now and they've never let me down. The latest tripod is solid and the head moves smoothly, which is what I wanted for my garden photos. Ordering was simple, I had a question about the legs and they came back to me the same day with a proper answer. Delivery was quick and the box arrived undamaged. I'll keep coming back.

I needed something lighter for hiking up to the viewpoints near home, as my old tripod was murder on the back. This one is much lighter and the legs lock fine. The only thing is the price was a bit higher than I'd hoped for the weight rating. Delivery took four days which was fine. Still happy with it.

Compared with the tripod I used for years, this one is a clear step up for the money. The old one was heavier and the head would drift when I tilted it. This stays put and the locking levers are firm without being stiff. The site made ordering simple and the parcel turned up when they said it would. Pleased with the switch.

I did compare this with the better known make I had been using, and I must confess the head is not quite as smooth on the pan. It does the job for my gentle landscape photographs, though I did notice a little stiffness at first. The ordering process was pleasant enough and the parcel arrived with everything listed. It is a sensible buy if you are not fussy about silky movement.

Honestly this is the best value kit I have bought in ages, and the arrival was spot on. Ordered on a Tuesday evening, it was on my doorstep Thursday. Everything was packed carefully and the tripod was exactly as pictured. Checkout took about two minutes on my phone, no fuss. Would buy from them again.

The first thing that struck me was how solid the legs felt once I'd extended them, far steadier than I expected for the money. I found the checkout straightforward and the confirmation email arrived promptly. The only small matter was that the carry bag arrived a little creased, though it didn't affect the tripod itself.

Bought a gimbal after looking at a couple of other brands. It arrived fine and the box was in good nick. The one thing I'd flag is the instructions are a bit vague on the balance setup, I had to watch a video to get it right. Price was a little lower than the other brands I'd been looking at, which helped.

Ordered a monopod for filming gigs and it turned up in two days which was class. Honestly the legs lock tight and it doesn't wobble when I'm standing in a crowd. Price was lower than I thought it'd be. Only thing is the box was a bit beaten up but the monopod itself was fine so I'm not bothered. Would get again.

I have bought from this firm for years now and it has always been reliable. Each time I order the parcel arrives when promised and the goods match the description. My latest purchase was a set of filters for a trip to the coast, and they came well packed. Customer service was quick to answer when I had a question about fitting. I would have no hesitation in ordering again, and I have told my friends the same.

Got the gimbal head for a wedding shoot I had last weekend and it did the job. Ordered Friday lunchtime, arrived Saturday morning, which saved me. The quick release plate fits my other kit without faff. Support on chat answered within a few minutes when I had a question about the balance settings. Would order again no question.

Compared it with two other tripods I was looking at and this came out cheaper for the same weight rating. Quick and simple to order and the delivery came in a few days. The legs feel a bit plasticky but they hold my camera steady. Honest value for money and I'd happily order from them again.
