We needed something compact that would fit in a small spare room and not need a big electrical upgrade. Looked at a couple of other sites and kept coming back to these because the spec was clear about power draw. Ordered on a Monday, the bench and heater turned up Thursday and everything was packed really well. Happy with it, we'd buy from them again.

It does the job well and I have had it for a good while now. The bench is comfortable and the wood has held up through a damp winter. I bought it to ease my aching joints and it has helped. Ordering over the phone was straightforward and the staff were helpful.

The specific thing I got was the chromotherapy light panel for the inside of the cabin. The colour changes are a lovely touch and it's easy to control from the little remote. Packaging was tidy and nothing was broken when it arrived. Great first purchase for me.
