Simply Home Entertainment

Bought a pair of cheap bookshelf speakers and a short HDMI cable from them and the total came in well under what the big electricals shop was asking. Checkout was quick and I got a tracking email the same afternoon. The speakers came in a box that was a bit battered on one corner but nothing was damaged. Not the fanciest service but for the money I'm not going to complain.

Way better than the other place I was looking at, which kept saying out of stock. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was in my hands two days later. Quick and easy, didn't have to ring anyone.

Went with these over a couple of other sites because the price was noticeably lower for the same TV bundle. Checkout was quick and the confirmation came through straight away. Delivery was a day later than they said but the driver rang ahead so it wasn't a big deal. Would use them again for sure, the price difference alone made it worth it.

I bought the soundbar for my husband's birthday and I'm very pleased with it. The order was easy to place on the site and it arrived well packed. Thank you to the team for their help.

got the little speaker for my flat, it's loud enough for the kitchen and doesn't cut out. ordered on my phone on the bus and it came the next day, which was class. nice and easy to order from, and the price was decent for a student budget. happy with it so far, no complaints.

Compared it with the other places I'd been looking at, and this came out cheaper for what I needed, a decent dash cam. For the money I'm happy with it and I didn't have to pay for any extras at checkout. The order was simple to place and the dash cam arrived in good time. It records clearly, so I'm pleased I went for it.

Ordering the television stand was a straightforward matter, and I'll say at the outset that the result is exactly what we needed. The site showed clear measurements and the stand fitted the alcove with room to spare. My wife was delighted with the finish. The instructions were clear and the delivery was prompt. We have had no difficulty with it and I would happily order from them again should the need arise.

I've been fitting AV kit for years so I knew what I was after, a full-motion wall bracket for a 65 inch screen. The bracket they sent was the right spec and the load rating checks out against the manufacturer's sheet. Delivery took longer than the site said, about four working days, and the first email I sent about it didn't get a reply until the next morning. Fine once it landed but worth knowing.

Way quicker than going to the big stores in the retail park, where I'd have to queue and then find the staff. Ordered the earbuds on my phone at night and they came the next day. Checkout took about two minutes once I'd put my address in. Happy with it so far, the earbuds sound good and the case feels sturdy.

Compared three sites before picking these, and the headphones I got were not quite as pictured on the site. The cable looked longer in the photos and the colour was a bit duller in person. The price was fair though. Took a while to sort out a return, which put me off.

Needed a faster router for the house because the old one dropped out every evening when everyone was streaming. I know my way around networking gear so I went through the specs carefully before ordering. The model did what I hoped and the setup was simple enough. Delivery was on time and the box was in good condition.

Simply the best place I've found for this sort of thing, the order went through first time. Quick to check out on my phone while waiting for the kettle. Delivery was on the day they said.

I'm a bit particular and I'll say this straight away, the kettle is exactly what I wanted. The order was clear and I had a confirmation email right away. It was delivered well packed and in good time. Very pleased indeed.

I was rather nervous about ordering a television aerial booster online, but the instructions on the site were clear and I managed the whole thing without ringing anyone. The booster arrived well packed and the cable I'd asked for was included, which I hadn't expected. Everything is working beautifully in the back bedroom now. I'd happily order from them again.

Having fitted a lot of home cinema kit over the years I compared this against buying from a specialist shop in town. The amp itself is perfectly decent for the money. The thing that bothered me was the lack of a proper spec sheet for the inputs, which meant I had to check it with the manufacturer's site. It's fine for what I wanted, just not as well explained as a shop would be.

Been ordering from them for about six years now and the thing that stands out is how they always send an email the same day with a tracking link. Bought a new set of speaker cables and a cheap wall bracket this time, both arrived in two days. Only niggle is the checkout asks for far too many details.

Why I ordered: I needed a second monitor for working from home and didn't want to pay the usual price. This one came in cheaper than the other sites I checked, which was the reason I went with them. The order was simple and it arrived in two days. Good value for a monitor that does what I need.

Bought the portable speaker for the car and camping trips. It does the job and the battery lasts a good while on my phone. Delivery took an extra day but nothing major. Ordering was quick.

Needed a replacement remote in a rush before the weekend. Found it on here and it was in stock, which was the main thing. The reply to my question about compatibility took two days though, so I'd been about to give up on it. It works fine now.

We needed something to show the football outdoors in the summer, as the telly in the lounge just isn't big enough for the whole family. I've been ordering from them for about ten years now, mostly bits for the kitchen and the odd gadget. This time they had a good range and the delivery was careful. Everything worked as soon as we set it up.
