I purchased a lightweight walking jacket from the site for my weekly rambles with the local group. The item itself is well made and the zips feel sturdy. However my order took nearly three weeks to arrive, and when I rang to ask, the customer service person was polite but could not tell me where it had got to. It did turn up in the end, and I am content with the jacket.

replacement strings for my racket
I needed a fresh set of strings before a club match because the old ones had gone dead. I've been ordering from them for a long while and the service is usually sound. This time the strings took a fortnight to arrive, which was longer than the site said, and nobody got back to my email for three days. The strings themselves are fine and the price was reasonable.

Better than the big brand
Compared to buying the same jacket from the big outdoor brand, this was a fair bit cheaper with the same waterproof rating on the label. I know my outdoor gear so I checked the membrane spec before ordering. Arrived well packed and the fit is roughly what I expected. Happy days.
exactly what i wanted
This is the best place for proper running gear, and I know my stuff after years of training for half marathons. The compression leggings are the right weight and stay put. Went with them over my usual brand and haven't looked back. Easy order, easy fit.
needed a yoga mat
I needed a new yoga mat because mine had gone thin and slippery at the front, and I wanted one that wouldn't break the bank. They had a decent one at a fair price with free returns if it wasn't right. The grip is good and it rolls up tidily for the bag. It arrived in two days and I'd buy from them again.

Needed a cheap bike lock
