ordered a walking jacket
I purchased a lightweight walking jacket from the site for my weekly rambles with the local group. The item itself is well made and the zips feel sturdy. However my order took nearly three weeks to arrive, and when I rang to ask, the customer service person was polite but could not tell me where it had got to. It did turn up in the end, and I am content with the jacket.

replacement strings for my racket
I needed a fresh set of strings before a club match because the old ones had gone dead. I've been ordering from them for a long while and the service is usually sound. This time the strings took a fortnight to arrive, which was longer than the site said, and nobody got back to my email for three days. The strings themselves are fine and the price was reasonable.

better than the usual
Way better than the cheap sites I was using before, the trainers came with a proper box and everything. Ordered on a Friday night and they landed Monday. Only thing, the colour was a touch darker than the photo but still sound. Would buy again.
A bit dear but reliable
Had a long run of buying cricket whites and training kit from them over the years. They are usually a little more expensive than the big sports shops, but the quality has been consistent. The one thing that annoyed me was a return that took a fair bit of back and forth by email before the refund came through. Otherwise I have no complaints.
good first order
Honestly it's a decent place to buy kit and I'd use them again. This was my first order so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the site was clear about sizes and stock. The delivery took a day longer than the tracking said, which was a bit annoying, but the trainers fit well and the price was fair.
needed proper cleats
I needed new boots for five-a-side after my old pair split at the sole. I know my way around football boots so I went straight for the firm ground pair. They're comfortable and the stitching looks solid. The only thing is the returns form was a bit fiddly to find, but otherwise sound.
A sound purchase
I've been looking for a decent pair of cycling shorts for some time and these are a good fit for my needs. The padding is comfortable over a longer ride and the seams don't rub. Delivery was prompt and the parcel arrived unbroken. The cost is a little higher than I'd like, but it is reasonable for the quality.
