Ordered the cartridge I always buy and it didn't work in the printer. Took a week of emails before they sorted a replacement and it was a bit of a faff to get sorted out. Not the end of the world but I've been a customer long enough to expect better.

Way easier to use than the other place I'd been buying from. The filters work and the photos are clear enough to tell what you're getting. Ordered a set of kitchen towels and they came exactly as shown.
