Shop For Amber

I compared a few sites before ordering a set of kitchen scales and this one was a fair bit dearer than the others I looked at, though it did have free returns which swung it for me. The order went through without any problems and it arrived when they said. Not the cheapest but it was fine.

Exactly what I needed for the shed door, the hinge set fits perfectly. Delivery was prompt and the tracking was accurate. Only issue was the price went up slightly between adding to basket and paying.

Would use them again without a second thought. I checked a few options before buying a garden lamp and this one had the best price with fast delivery. Everything arrived as described and the instructions were clear. Customer service was not needed, which says a lot.

I would say this is an excellent place to shop for household bits. The checkout was clear and easy to follow, and I was grateful for the reminder emails. My order of kitchen linens arrived well packed and on time. I shall be ordering from them again.

Bought the adapter kit for my camera rig and it covers everything I need. The cable lengths are listed clearly in the description. Packed well and no issues. Quick and easy.

Ordered a phone case on a Monday and it turned up the following Monday which was a bit longer than the site said. Didn't bother me much though, the case itself is decent and the checkout was quick and easy. Would order from them again.

Needed a charger for my laptop because mine packed up before a shift. Ordered it and it came next day which was class. Only thing is the box was bigger than it needed to be. Charger works fine though.

Compared it to the big supermarket sites first and this was about a fiddy cheaper on the same tool set. Delivery took a bit longer than the site said though, still worth it for the money.

Used to buy this brand of bike lock from a local shop, but this site had it for less and with a proper spec sheet. Compared to my usual place the lock feels just as solid. Postage was free over a certain amount. Good buy.

I bought a lamp for the hall, which needed brightening up, and it has been a real improvement. The description was accurate about the bulb fitting. It came well wrapped and arrived on the day stated. I am pleased with it.

Needed a new cable for a gig at the weekend and my old one had basically died. Ordered on the Tuesday thinking it would be fine but it didn't turn up till the Monday after. Meant I had to borrow one off my mate which was annoying. The cable itself is ok, does the job, nothing special. Just wish they'd said the delivery was going to be that slow before I paid.

Compared this to the rival site I usually use and this one was cheaper on the same drill bit set. The checkout was quick and the order confirmation came straight away. Delivery was the next working day. Nothing to complain about.

I needed a birthday gift in a hurry for my sister and this was the first shop I found with stock on the day I wanted. Ordered over the weekend and it came Tuesday. The gift wrap option was a nice touch. Everything looked as shown in the pictures.

Needed a replacement dishwasher filter quickly as ours had cracked. I looked at a few places and this was the only one listing it with a clear date. Ordered in the evening and it was on the doorstep the next afternoon. Price was about the same as the others I checked. Good all round.

Bought the tripod head for my video work and the quoted spec matched what I expected. The quick release plate was a bit fiddly to fit though, and the instructions didn't cover that. Price was a fair bit higher than I found it elsewhere. Delivery was quick and nothing was damaged.

Got a set of storage boxes that would have cost me a lot more at the garden centre. The price was clearly marked, no hidden postage at the end, and they came in good time. The boxes are sturdy and fit the shelf exactly. For the money you pay this is the best I have found.

This was my first time ordering from them and I picked a cushion cover set for the lounge. The colours looked just like the photos on the page. Packaging was neat and there was no damage. The tracking emails kept me in the loop. I'll be back for more.

Compared it to a couple of the big high street sites before buying and this one came out cheaper for the same brand of trainers. Ordering was simple and the size guide was actually useful. Arrived in a few days. Happy with it.

I ordered a cardigan for my daughter's birthday and it arrived in good time. The size was not quite as I'd hoped, so I did need to send it back, and the returns form was rather fiddly to fill in online. Once I got it sorted the refund came through without bother.
