Their repeat reminder email turned up right when my tablets were due, which saved me a panic. I set it up through the account and it just works. Good prices on the regular stuff too, and the tracking updates were spot on.
Read moreOrdered a sun cream on Tuesday, arrived Friday which is fine. Bottle was a bit dented in the corner but the seal was fine so no bother. Price was a touch higher than what I found on another site but I was in a rush and didn't want to wait for a delivery from elsewhere.
Read moreWhy I needed it was simple: my old prescription ran out and I needed the replacement before a long trip. I compared a few online options first, and this one had the clearest stock information and the cheapest delivery for what I needed. The order came through well before I left and the pharmacist's note on my dosage was useful, so I went with it.

I needed a knee support after a fall and my daughter suggested I try this site as I was struggling to get out. I did find the ordering a little fiddly at first, but the customer helpline was polite and talked me through the sizing. It arrived within the week and it's helping, so I'm pleased.
Compared with the chemist on my high street, this is a bit cheaper for my usual tablets and I don't have to queue. I've been ordering from them for years now. The only small grumble is that the reminder emails arrive a day late sometimes, so I've learned to order a few days earlier than I used to. Otherwise it does the job.
Compared with the big chain pharmacy near me, this is cheaper and I can order from my bed. The only thing that annoyed me was a delay at the start because the app kept asking me to verify my email. Delivery was fine after that.
