Shokay

Needed a kettle quick as mine broke on Sunday. Ordered on the app during my lunch break and it was at my door by teatime the next day. Works perfectly and looks just like the pictures.

Bought a replacement battery for my cordless drill as the old one wouldn't hold a charge anymore. Cheaper than the big DIY shops and it arrived in two days. The battery fits fine and seems good so far, bit of a pain that the listing photo showed a slightly different model.

What struck me most was how carefully the item was packed, with plenty of padding and the box still in one piece. I am rather particular about that sort of thing. It arrived in good order and the ordering was straightforward. My only mild grumble is that the tracking page took a while to update.

Ordered on a Tuesday night and it was at mine by Thursday. Site is easy to use on my phone, no weird pop ups or anything. Pretty happy, will use again.

Compared to the big high street shop I usually go to, this was quicker to order from and cheaper for the same kit. Delivery took three days, a day longer than the tracking said. Easy to find what I wanted though.

I looked at a couple of other places before picking this one and it was only just the best value. The product is fine for the money. Delivery was slower than I hoped, a full week instead of the three days they quoted.

I'd say this is a sound place to order from, and I'd happily use it again. Signing up took a few minutes and the checkout was clear, though the reply to my one question about a missing reference number took a couple of days. Prices were fair compared with the other sites I looked at.

The first thing I noticed was how clear the basket page was, you could see the delivery cost before you paid which I liked. This was my first time ordering from them so I was a bit nervous. Everything arrived well packed and quickly. The only niggle was that a size option was hard to find on the product page, took me a minute to spot it. Would order again.

Been ordering the same replacement cooker filters from them for years now. Went through the reorder option on my account, took a minute and they turned up the next working day like always. Price has not crept up, which is more than I can say for some.

Good prices for what you get, and I checked a couple of others first to be sure. Ordered a set of bits for the van and it came in good time, cheaper than I'd paid before. Nothing to complain about for the money.

Bought the wireless headphones and they came in a nice little case. Sound is clear and the battery lasts ages. Ordered on my phone in about two minutes and they arrived the next day, so no complaints at all.

Compared with the shop I used before, ordering here is far simpler and the menus are easy to follow. The item came without any fuss a few days later. I am glad I switched.

Honestly one of the easiest online orders I have done, the whole thing took about five minutes from start to finish. Got a text when it was dispatched and it turned up the next morning. Will definitely be back for more.

I used to order from a paper catalogue which was slow and rather fiddly, so this was a welcome change. Searching the site was simple and the item arrived within the week. The whole thing was very pleasant and I have already recommended it to my sister.

I needed a spare battery for my cordless drill because the old one would no longer hold a charge. I know the brands well enough to tell a good cell from a poor one, and this was a proper match for the tool. Ordering took a few minutes and the battery arrived in a sturdy box with no dents. It charged fully on the first go and has held up well through a couple of weekends of use.

Compared to the other two sites I looked at, this one had the cheapest price on the thing I wanted. Checkout was quick and the product page had proper photos. Delivery was prompt too.

I needed a birthday gift in a hurry and had looked at a few places first. This site had the best range and the checkout was painless. Ordered on the Friday and it came Monday.

Bought a spare charger for the kids' tablets because we keep losing them. Ordered it from the app on the bus and paid straight away, arrived next day in a proper box. Easy, will go back.

We needed a way to order her prescription-friendly supplies online after she moved into a care home, as the local chemist no longer delivers. I was a bit worried the ordering would be fiddly, but the site walked me through it sensibly and the account set-up was quite straightforward. Delivery arrived a day later than the slot said, which was a small niggle, but the items were correct and well packed.
