I needed a way to pay for my course materials without going overdrawn and a friend recommended this. Applying took about ten minutes on my laptop. Approval came back the same day and the money was in my account by the next morning. The repayment dates are set out clearly in the app so I can plan around my student loan. Really happy with how it went, the whole thing felt calm and straightforward.
Read moreI signed up for the monthly plan and the first payment went through fine, but it took nearly a week before the account was actually active and I could log in. Once it was going it did what I needed. Customer service said it was a verification check, which is fair enough, though nobody told me that at the start. I'd have liked a heads up about the wait.
Read moreI went with the monthly plan after looking at two other places that wanted more for the same thing. The price here was a bit lower, and the setup was quick enough. The only niggle is that the account took a day or so longer than I'd have liked to show up as active, so I ended up waiting around before I could log in. After that it's been fine and I'd pick it again.
Read moreHonestly this was the easiest thing I've done online all year. Signed up, got my account sorted and the first payment was taken on the date they said. Support answered my one question within the hour too, which I didn't expect.

I needed cover in a hurry after my old policy lapsed by accident. Got the quote and bought it the same evening, and the documents came through by email within the hour. Simple process and no pushy upselling.
I was struck by how plainly everything was laid out on the site before I committed to anything. I booked my appointment through the app and received a confirmation within minutes, which I was pleased about. Everything was handled with real courtesy from start to finish.
I went for the basic plan to see how it worked before committing. Signing up was quick and the dashboard is easy to get around. Everything updates straight away and the statements are clear. Nice to have a small thing that just works.
I compared it against my bank's own loan offer and this came out considerably better on the monthly figure, which I did not expect. The application was clear and the decision came through the same afternoon. The money arrived in my account the next working day, just as they had said it would.
Compared with the bank app I usually use, this was much quicker to get going. The sign-up asked fewer questions and the verification went through without me having to send any documents. Didn't expect to be so pleased with it.
Booked a session through the site and the whole thing was handled with real courtesy. The reminder came through the day before, which was thoughtful. I shall use them again.
I went with the annual option because it worked out cheaper per month than paying monthly, about a third less over the year. Signing up took a few minutes and the setup guide was clear enough. Nothing has gone wrong so far.
I compared three providers before picking this one and it came out ahead on the price and the way it handled the paperwork. The other two wanted me to ring up, whereas this was all done online. Setup took about twenty minutes and I haven't needed to contact anyone since.
