I needed a way to pay for my course materials without going overdrawn and a friend recommended this. Applying took about ten minutes on my laptop. Approval came back the same day and the money was in my account by the next morning. The repayment dates are set out clearly in the app so I can plan around my student loan. Really happy with how it went, the whole thing felt calm and straightforward.
Read moreI signed up for the monthly plan and the first payment went through fine, but it took nearly a week before the account was actually active and I could log in. Once it was going it did what I needed. Customer service said it was a verification check, which is fair enough, though nobody told me that at the start. I'd have liked a heads up about the wait.
Read moreI went with the monthly plan after looking at two other places that wanted more for the same thing. The price here was a bit lower, and the setup was quick enough. The only niggle is that the account took a day or so longer than I'd have liked to show up as active, so I ended up waiting around before I could log in. After that it's been fine and I'd pick it again.
Read moreNeeded to sort something out fast before the weekend. Signed up on my phone and it was done in a few minutes. Took a while to get the confirmation email though.
Needed it last minute for a weekend away so I was mostly just after something quick. Booked on the app while on the bus. It worked, didn't have to ring anyone, but the app kept logging me out which was annoying. Would still use it though.
First thing I noticed was how quick the sign up was, took maybe five minutes from start to finish. The session itself was fine and the person I was matched with turned up on time. Cancelling was a bit fiddly though, I had to dig about in the settings to find the option and it took a second go before it went through.
Way cheaper than the place I used last year and the booking took about three taps on my phone. Only thing is the confirmation email went to spam first time so I had to dig for it. Otherwise sorted, cheers.
