Had a friend coming to stay and needed something quick to pick up before Friday. Ordered on the app in bed, it was on my doorstep the next morning. Didn't have to speak to anyone which was a relief.
Read moreOrdered a set of small toys to try and one wasn't quite what I'd hoped, so I wanted to send it back. The returns form was hard to find on the site and I had to email twice before I got a return label. The product was fine otherwise and the price was about right.

Read moreWe'd moved in together a few months back and I wanted something for the bedside that wouldn't look odd if the flatmate or the postman saw the box. I wanted a set for a special occasion and had looked at three or four places before picking this one. The quality felt better than the cheaper sites and the price was reasonable. Delivery was a day late but they kept me updated.
Honestly it's a solid buy and the product is what I expected. The only thing that put me off was that the item showed as in stock but took about nine days to turn up, so I had to chase it. Once it came it was fine and I'd use them again.
