We'd moved in together a few months back and I wanted something for the bedside that wouldn't look odd if the flatmate or the postman saw the box. Found the site after a bit of searching and the ordering was pretty easy, though the checkout kept asking me to log in again. Arrived in plain packaging when they said it would.

Had a friend coming to stay and needed something quick to pick up before Friday. Ordered on the app in bed, it was on my doorstep the next morning. Didn't have to speak to anyone which was a relief.

Bought a bottle of water-based lube plus a pack of wipes and the total came in under what I'd pay in town. Delivery was free over a certain amount and the parcel arrived in two days. Good value.

Ordered a set of small toys to try and one wasn't quite what I'd hoped, so I wanted to send it back. The returns form was hard to find on the site and I had to email twice before I got a return label. The product was fine otherwise and the price was about right.

I'd say this is a sensible choice if you want something ordered quietly and sent without fuss. The order arrived a day later than the site suggested, which I didn't mind in the slightest. The staff were polite when I rang with a query and I'd not hesitate to use them again.

I wanted a set for a special occasion and had looked at three or four places before picking this one. The quality felt better than the cheaper sites and the price was reasonable. Delivery was a day late but they kept me updated.

Signed up for the rewards thing on the app and got a discount code straight away. Booked a delivery slot for the Thursday and it turned up on the Thursday. Easy.

I've been ordering the leather cuffs from them since about 2015, so this is my fourth or fifth pair. Still the same stitching on the buckle and no real wear after two years of use. Replacement straps arrive quickly and they've always sent a little note to check everything's fine.

I used to buy these from a shop on the high street but the range was tiny and I'd have to ask the girl at the counter. Ordering from here is a lot easier and the choice is much wider. Parcel arrived in a few days and the packing was neat.

Honestly it's a solid buy and the product is what I expected. The only thing that put me off was that the item showed as in stock but took about nine days to turn up, so I had to chase it. Once it came it was fine and I'd use them again.

Compared to the shop in town this is a good bit cheaper for the same stuff, and the checkout took about two minutes. Nothing to complain about, I'd order again.

Bought a starter kit and a set of silicone rings to see what I liked. The instructions were clear and the rings fit well. Checkout was straightforward and it all arrived quickly and neatly wrapped.

Price was the first thing I noticed, it's well under what the other sites charge for the same brand. Checkout took about a minute and the email confirmation came straight through. Nothing to complain about for the money.

I picked up a small rechargeable vibrator after reading a few reviews and I'm glad I did. It's quiet, the charge lasts ages and it's easy to clean. The site had good photos and the sizing info was clear. Arrived in a plain box with no branding on the outside, which I appreciated. Would order again.

Yeah this is the one I'll use from now on, the shop never had what I wanted. Checkout was fast and the price was fair. Done in five minutes between meetings.

Compared to the shop I used to go to, this is much easier. The range is bigger, I can read proper reviews before buying, and the delivery was quicker. Parcel came in a neutral box which was a relief.

I've bought the same wireless remote for my wife for about six years now, and the replacement batteries always come with the order. Last year the remote needed a new part and they posted one out the same week without any fuss. Delivery is always quick and the packaging is plain. The range has grown a lot, but I still stick to what I know works. Prices are fair compared with the other places I've looked at.

Used to get this from a shop near work but it was pricier and the choice was smaller. Here it's a few quid less and the delivery was quicker than I expected. No complaints.
