The size guide on the page was the thing I noticed most, as I had been burnt before by sites that run small. I compared a few options first, then went with this one for a pair of work boots. They fit well, though the laces were a bit short for my liking. Delivery took three days, which was fine.

What struck me first was how carefully the box had been packed, with the glassware wrapped in proper cardboard dividers. I ordered a pair of wine glasses as a gift and they arrived unbroken. The website was a bit slow to load on my old laptop, but nothing to worry about.

Compared with the shop I normally use for hobby supplies, this site had a far better range of soldering irons and spares. I know my electronics and I was after a specific tip size. The one I got is exactly right and it was shipped quickly.

Having restored old sewing machines for years, I know the parts market well, and this shop beat the alternative I usually use for bobbins and belts. The needles I ordered were the correct gauge and the packaging kept them from bending. Prices were fair for what you get, and I was impressed that the stock was accurate.

This is my first time ordering from them and I am glad I took the chance. The set of storage jars I bought arrived with every lid intact and the price was lower than I expected. The checkout was straightforward and I had a tracking email within hours. I will be back for more.

Really happy with my first order from here, the site was easy to use on my phone. I bought a phone case and a screen protector and both arrived in two days. Nothing to complain about really, though the case was a shade bulkier in the picture. Would order again.

I looked at three different cordless vacuums elsewhere before settling on this one from the site. It is fine for the hallway and stairs but the battery runs out quicker than the listing suggested. Delivery was prompt and the box was undamaged, so that part was fine.

Bought a pack of universal needles in the 80/12 size for my overlocker and they are exactly right. The listing gave the system type clearly, which saved me a lot of guesswork. Arrived quickly and well packed. Very happy with it.

Needed a replacement cordless drill after my old one gave up halfway through decking the back garden. I have been ordering from this site for about eight years and it has always been reliable. This time the order took an extra day to leave the warehouse, which was a bit annoying when I had the weekend planned. Otherwise it was all fine and the drill works well.

I would happily use this company again, which is not something I say lightly. The sign up was simple enough and I found the account page clear to follow. The service itself was handled promptly and courteously, and I had a reply within the day when I had a question about my details. I was particularly grateful for the plain language throughout. Nothing about it felt rushed or pushy, and I appreciated that.

Compared with the high street shop I usually use, this site was a good deal easier to find what I needed on. I ordered a set of replacement garden hose fittings and they arrived well packed within a few days. The only small thing was that the checkout asked me to create an account first, which I would rather have avoided, though it was quick enough to do.

I purchased a replacement desk lamp for my study, the old one having finally given up after many years of faithful service. The order was straightforward to place and the lamp arrived in good order, carefully packed with proper protection around the shade. The instructions were clear and the bulb fitted without any trouble. I was pleased with the price, which seemed reasonable for the quality. A thoroughly sensible purchase, and I am glad to have found the place.

Needed a new charger for my laptop after mine packed in mid-essay and I did not have time to faff about. Found one here and it was sorted by the next day. Plug fits, works, no complaints at all. Would use again.

Needed a replacement lamp for the old reading light in the lounge, and I have bought from this shop for many years. The bulb holder fitted perfectly and the lamp was delivered in good time. I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

Ordering from them is a habit at this point, and that says it all. I buy replacement filters for the water softener every few months and they have never let me down. The last delivery was a day early and the order confirmation was clear. Price is a touch higher than the cheapest place, but I put up with that for the reliability.

The tracking page was what I noticed first, since it showed each step of my order in plain English. I compared a few options before choosing this site for a new coffee grinder. It came well packed, with the grinder wrapped separately from the instructions. Very happy with the whole experience, and the price was right.

Cheaper than the big chain down the road for the same paint roller refills. Ordering was easy and the parcel turned up when they said. The only small niggle is the site did not show stock levels clearly.

I picked up a set of masonry drill bits and they are decent enough for the money. The bits are sharp and the case is sturdy, although one of the smaller sizes felt a bit loose in its slot. Delivery came on time and there was no damage.

my old kettle died on a Sunday so I needed a new one fast and this was the first place I found with next day delivery. ordered it on my phone during the lunch break and the checkout was dead easy. it arrived the next morning and works a treat
