I needed a pair of school shoes for my son fast before term started, and they were a fair price for what they were. The order went through without any bother and I used a code I found online which worked. Shoes fit well and the quality seems decent for the money. Good value.
Read moreI needed a replacement lamp shade and had a look at a few shops before settling here. The order itself was fine but the item arrived with a chip on the edge, and getting a replacement took several emails over about a week. The price was reasonable enough. I'd give them another go but I'd check the item before I signed for it.
Read moreCompared with a couple of other places I checked, this was noticeably dearer for the same item, which I wasn't expecting. I did go ahead as I needed it in a hurry and the site made the order simple. The item arrived well packed and in good order. I'll probably check prices elsewhere first next time, though I'd still buy from them if I was short on time again.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how carefully everything was packed, with the item wrapped in tissue and a bit of card around it. I'd never ordered from them before so was a bit unsure what to expect. The checkout was simple enough and the email updates were helpful. Delivery was a day later than the site said, but I'd buy from them again.
I needed a proper digital gauge for the car and a couple of spares for the van, and I know my way around this sort of kit. The one I picked was a fair spec for the money. Ordering was smooth and it arrived the next working day. The printed guide was a bit thin, but the gauge itself reads accurately against my garage one.
I've been buying the same coffee grounds from them for about six years now, the medium roast in the large bag. It's always the same quality and the bag arrives sealed and fresh. The site has changed a bit over the years and I find it harder to navigate than it used to be. Still, I'll keep ordering from them.

Compared to the big sports shop, this was a bit cheaper for the same trainers. Checkout on the phone was fine, took about a minute. Arrived in two days. Happy with it.
Compared to the big name site I usually use, this was quicker to find what I wanted. Writing this on the bus so forgive typos. Order went through fine, the price was a bit higher than the others but not by much. Stuff arrived next day which was nice.
