Compared to the other app I was using for this, this one is much less fiddly. The booking took about two minutes and I got a confirmation straight away. Only thing I'd have liked is a reminder before the day, but that's a small thing.

The site was easy to get around and checkout took about two minutes. My parcel turned up the next working day, which was quicker than I expected. Nothing was damaged and everything matched what I ordered. Will be going back.

Compared to the big chain I usually use, this was a bit cheaper and the stuff came quicker. The app is nicer to use than theirs too, less clicking about. One thing, the returns process took a few steps more than I'd like. Still, for ordinary everyday bits it's been good.

Needed a set of front and rear lights for the bike after my old ones packed in on the commute. Found a pair here that cost less than the bike shop wanted. Delivery took a bit longer than the site said but the lights work well.
