Compared with the big name brand I usually buy, these saucepans came in noticeably cheaper with the same weight and handle design. The lids sit well and the base heats evenly on my induction hob. Delivery was prompt and well packed. A sensible choice for a home cook who knows what to look for.

This is the best block of knives I've bought in a long time. Balance is excellent, the blades hold an edge well after weeks of use, and the steel feels proper. Ordering was simple and the knives arrived well protected. Would buy again without hesitation.

Compared with buying a similar mixing bowl set in town, this was a fair bit cheaper and the bowls feel just as good. The only niggle is the delivery took four days when the site said two, but the bowls themselves are lovely and sturdy.

Pans are great, really sturdy and the non-stick is holding up. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was a quick checkout. Arrived in a good box with no dents. Would happily order again.

Ordered a bread bin on the app while waiting for the bus, easy to do. Came quicker than I thought, two days. Lid closes properly and it fits on the worktop by the kettle. Good price too, no complaints.

needed a cheap coffee pot for my flat cos mine broke. ordered it on the app at like 11pm and it came quick. works fine, makes a decent cup, nothing more to say really

The little glass teapot with the infuser is the bit I love most, watching the leaves open up is great. Delivery took a bit longer than I'd have liked, almost a week, but the teapot arrived fine. Would order again.

I needed a replacement roasting tin after my old one warped, as it was rather a shame. The order itself was straightforward enough. However the tin that arrived had a slightly different finish to the picture, and the return form took me a fair while to work out, so I didn't bother in the end. It does the job, but I'd expected a closer match.

I've used this place for a few things now and the dinner plates are the best of the lot. Glaze is even, weight feels right in the hand, and I went for the matt white. Order was all done in a couple of minutes and it arrived with the plates wrapped separately. Delivery was prompt and the carrier was polite.

Compared with the cheap grater I had before, this one is in a different league, the blades are sharp and the handle sits nicely in the palm. I looked at a few alternatives first and this came out ahead on value. Dispatch was quick and the parcel arrived undamaged. Would buy again.

This is a proper heavy gauge roasting tin and it's exactly what I wanted for Sunday lunches. I've been cooking for about thirty years and I can tell the difference straight away between cheap tins that buckle and something that holds its shape. The handles are riveted on properly rather than just pressed in, and the base sits flat on the hob. Packed well too, nothing rattled about in the box. Would order from them again without a second thought.

The lids on the glass storage jars clip shut with a satisfying click, which is what sold me. They're well made and the seal holds, I've been using them for flour and pasta. Took a couple of days to arrive but everything was packed carefully. Happy with it.

The loose bottom tins came in a pack of three and the sizes are spot on for my sponges. First time ordering here and the checkout was quick, though the confirmation email took a while to arrive. The tins themselves feel sturdy and the bases pop out easily.

I ordered a set of loose bottom cake tins for my nan's birthday baking, the site had a good range and I picked the three sizes I needed. Delivery came the next morning, which was brilliant. Tins are sturdy, the bases don't stick and the sides are a nice depth for a Victoria sponge. Really pleased, and the wrapping was tidy.

Compared with buying the same pans from the high street, this was a much easier experience. The set came cheaper than my usual shop and the non-stick is holding up well after a month of daily use. Delivery was quick and the box was sturdy. I wasn't sure about ordering pans without seeing them first but I'm glad I did. Would order again.

I needed a new set of baking trays as my old ones had gone quite dark and I didn't like the look of them any more. The site made it simple to find the right size for my oven. Everything arrived in good order and the trays are sturdy and bake evenly. I'm very content with the purchase and shall certainly return.

Really pleased with this order, the mugs are sturdy and the glaze is even. I was a bit nervous ordering crockery online for the first time but everything came through in one piece. Checkout was quick and the confirmation email had everything I needed. Would order again.
