Compared with the other places I looked at, this came out a good bit cheaper for the same brand of boots. I was worried about the sizing but it turned out exactly right. The box arrived promptly and the boots were well packed, so I'm happy.

The grip on the handles is what I noticed first, it's properly textured and doesn't slip when my hands are wet. I've been using the set for a few weeks in the kitchen and the pans heat evenly. The lids fit snugly and the whole thing feels like it'll last years.

Compared with my usual shop this is a bit cheaper for the same sort of blouse, which I did not expect. I have bought from them every season for years now and the quality has stayed the same. Nothing has ever gone wrong with an order that I know of.

I needed a proper waterproof for walking the coast path in the wet and the search took ages. This one has taped seams and a hood that actually stays put in a gale. The zips are smooth and the cut is sensible, so I've no complaints at all.

I'd just ask that they answer messages a bit sooner.

Not worth it, in my view. I compared three other sites before ordering the jacket and this one was the most expensive by a fair margin. The jacket also took nine days to turn up and the returns process was a pain when it didn't fit. I'll go elsewhere next time.

The wash bag is decent, zip is smooth and it fits a full toiletry set. Looked at a few others first and this was the cheapest for what it is. The lining is a bit thin though, so I'd be careful with anything sharp.
