Saint And Sofia

Bought a set of silicone kitchen tools, five pieces, for less than I'd expected to pay for three in the shops. They arrived in a padded envelope, well packed. The spatula is a bit flimsy but it does the job for everyday cooking. Tongs grip well. For the money I can't complain and I'd buy from them again if I needed more basics.

Compared to the big chain I usually grab stuff from these are way cheaper and the site doesn't make you click through ten pages. Bought a hoodie and a couple of tees, all came quick and fit fine. Would get again.

I've bought bedding from a couple of big department store sites over the years and this is the first one where I could filter properly by tog and fill type. The other site made me scroll through everything. Ordered a duvet and a pair of pillows, arrived in a few days and the quality matched the description. Prices were a touch under the department store equivalent. Good find.

The prices here are better than the high street for the same kind of thing, and I checked two other sites before buying. Ordered a set of storage boxes and they arrived quickly and undamaged. Worth it if you're watching what you spend.

Ordered on my phone during the commute and it was really quick, card details saved. Delivery came the next day as promised. Only small thing is the order confirmation took a while to arrive, but everything else was fine.

I have been using them for years now and they beat the high street shop I used to go to for this sort of thing. The website is simple to get round even for me, and when I rang with a question about an item last spring the lady on the phone was patient and sorted it straight away. Haven't had a single problem in all that time.

My old pair had finally given up after three winters of slush and I needed something smart but practical for the office. The leather looked like it would hold up well and the sizing guide was accurate, which is the main thing I worry about with online shoes. Ordered my usual size and they fit fine out of the box. Good to have a decent option sorted.

Got the grey hoodie from them last week and it's honestly so comfy. Fits true to size, which is rare for me. Arrived in two days, no complaints at all, will be back for another one.

I was delighted with my order, and it arrived sooner than I expected. The packaging was neat and the items were just as described. I would happily shop with them again.

Ordered trainers on my phone during lunch and they turned up the next day. Checkout took like two minutes, card saved so no typing. Price was lower than the other places I looked at. Box was a bit squashed but shoes were fine. Would order again, easy.

Needed a small gift for my niece on a tight budget and this was under what I'd expected to pay. It arrived in good time and was well packed. Good value.

Really pleased with this one, would order from them again no problem. Placed the order on my lunch break, took about two minutes to sort out the delivery address and payment, and it turned up the next afternoon exactly when the tracking said. Only thing to note is the email confirmation went into my spam folder so I nearly missed it.

I compared a few places before going with them for a linen throw for the sofa. Some were cheaper but the reviews on those were patchy, and the price here was fair for what it is. Ordered on a Sunday, it arrived Wednesday in a proper box with no damage. Happy with it, and the colour matched the photos.

My old lamp had stopped working and I needed a replacement that didn't take up much room on the bedside table. I found one on their site and the dimmer switch is exactly what I was after. Ordering was straightforward, though I did have to re-enter my postcode twice. It arrived well packaged and the lamp is lovely. Happy with it.

Got a case for my phone from them and it fits perfectly. Ordered in bed on my phone at night, took under a minute. Arrived two days later. Quality is good and it feels solid. Just what I wanted.

I've been ordering from them on and off for about six years, mostly for replacement bits for the garden and kitchen. I needed a new set of secateurs and a spare hose fitting, and I've always found the range sensible and the prices reasonable. Their customer service sorted an issue with a delayed parcel once without any fuss, and that's stuck with me. Ordered again this month with no problems.

What I liked most was the live tracking, you can see exactly where the parcel is and when it's coming. Ordered a pair of trainers on my lunch and they came the next morning. Easy and no drama at all.

Compared with the other shop I usually use, the checkout here felt a bit slower and the delivery fee was higher. The item itself is nice though and it arrived in a day or so. Fine, just not my first choice.
