Compared to a flat pack from the big retailer, this was a step up in build quality and the joints are tight. Knowing the difference in materials, I was happy to pay a little more. The ordering process gave me enough options without being overwhelming. Delivery arrived well packed and on time.

We needed a proper desk for my wife's sewing room and the old one had gone wobbly. The ordering was straightforward enough, though the form asked for more measurements than I expected. The desk is sturdy and the drawers run smoothly, but the top arrived with a small chip on one corner that they sorted out with a replacement after a couple of emails. Took a week longer than I'd hoped.

I would say this is a sound choice for anyone wanting a bespoke piece without paying through the nose. The order was clear from start to finish and the design checks were thorough. Fitting it took my son and me a morning. Happy with the outcome.

Needed a tall unit for my flat that actually fits the weird gap by the radiator. Ordered it on the app, took like two minutes, and it turned up looking really good honestly. Would get another one.

The fitting guide that came with the bookcase was a bit thin for my liking, and I had to look up two of the steps online. Otherwise the finish is as I hoped and the sizing was accurate to the millimetre. Delivery was prompt. A small fault, but it did slow me down a bit on the Saturday.

Ordered the oak bedside table with the single drawer and it's exactly the size I measured. Looked at a couple of other sites first but this was the only one showing the real grain in the photos.

I looked at a few places before settling on this, and the custom oak frame I ordered is exactly what I wanted for the landing photos. The options for sizing were clear and the preview showed me what the wood would look like with the mount. Happy with it, would go back.

The mortise and tenon joints on the frame are cut properly, which is what I look for after years of buying carcass furniture. The timber is kiln dried and it's been through a damp summer in the garage with no movement at all. Finish is a good hard oil, I'd happily order from them again.

Good value and the custom bookshelf arrived in one piece. Ordering took about five minutes on my phone while waiting for the kettle, though the size selector kept resetting when I changed the finish so I had to go back twice. Delivery was a week later than they quoted, but they emailed me before I had to chase.

Compared to the high street place, this came out a fair bit cheaper for the same size. I was a bit wary but the finish looks just as good. Easy to order and the confirmation came straight away. Would go with them again.

We needed a replacement for an old cabinet that had warped in the damp, and the made to measure option was the only sensible route for our awkward alcove. The measuring guide was easy enough to follow with my husband holding the tape. The fit is right and the finish matches the rest of the kitchen. Good value for the work involved.

I compared three places before choosing this, and the heavier spec was the deciding factor for my workshop shelving. The load rating was clearly listed, which made the choice simple. Everything arrived in one piece and the fixings were all there. Checked it twice against the instructions and it was straightforward to put up on my own.

The little drawer in the base is what got me, it's way more useful than I thought. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break, took about two minutes. Arrived earlier than expected. Love it!

We needed a built in storage solution for the loft conversion, and the sloped ceiling rules out most standard units. Knowing the depth and angle I was after made the configuration straightforward. The preview on screen was accurate enough that I didn't need a site visit. The fitted result is solid and sits neatly under the eaves.

Exactly what we wanted, and I'm very pleased with it. The team answered my questions about fixings quite promptly by email. The fitting was neat and the result is just right for our hallway. Thank you.

Took a while to decide but the unit is solid and fits the alcove. The price is on the high side though, I found a similar spec for quite a bit less elsewhere, so I felt I'd paid for the name. Delivery was fine, they texted me the day before. Would look elsewhere next time.

Compared to the big chain I usually use, this was a bit more fiddly to set up but the end result looks better. The ordering page kept timing out on my phone so I did it again on my laptop and it went through fine. Delivery took about a week, which was fine. Price was a touch higher than I'd like but the quality made up for it, and I'd order again.
