I needed a regular delivery of his prescription-free supplements since he struggles to get out now, and I was rather relieved to find this service. The reorder reminders are sensible and the staff on the phone line were patient when I had questions about the account. Everything arrived packed well and on the date I asked for. I'm very pleased with it.
Read moreI bought a pack of their own brand kitchen roll and it was not quite as pictured on the listing, the sheets are thinner than the photo suggested. Knows the product well enough to say it's fine for everyday use but not for heavy spills. Refund process was simple enough though.
Read moreI signed up for their weekly food box as a first-time customer and the sign up took about five minutes. The first box arrived on the morning I picked, everything was chilled and the recipe cards were easy to follow. I liked that I could skip a week without phoning anyone. The portions were a bit generous for just me but that's easily fixed in the app.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was that the item I ordered was listed cheaper than at two other sites I'd looked at, which is why I went with them. Delivery was fine and the parcel was well packed. The only snag was a faulty item which took about a week of emails before the refund went through, but it did get sorted in the end.
Compared to the other site I tried this is quicker to check out and the delivery fee is lower. First order though and the returns form was fiddly, I had to ring to get the label. Would still use again.
I needed a gift for my mum's birthday and this was the only place with the candle I wanted in stock. It was a bit more expensive than the usual shop but the box came nicely wrapped and the card arrived in one piece. Honestly took a few days longer than I wanted but it got there in time.
Compared to the high street shop I usually go to this is cheaper for the same brand of storage boxes, and the checkout was quick. The only thing is that the delivery took four days when the site said two, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise the boxes were fine and sturdy.
Honestly my first order was better than I expected, the verdict for me is a solid yes. The delivery came in the window and the driver rang the bell. Bananas were a bit green but that's on me for ordering them late. Good app.
