Compared with the other retailer I usually use, this one came out ahead for the wool throw I was after. The price was lower and the colour matched the photographs closely, which I was pleased about. Ordering was clear and I received a notification at each stage. The parcel was packed carefully, and nothing was damaged on arrival. I will return.
Read moreOrdered a black phone case and got a navy one instead, which was annoying as I'd picked it for the colour. They sorted a replacement but it took about five days to get the new one. The old case was a bit of a faff to send back too. Not impressed.
Read moreI did compare this with the big department store down the road, and the price here was noticeably lower for the same cardigan. The order was simple enough to place, though I did have to ring once as the reference number was slow to appear. Delivery was prompt and the item arrived in good order. Not a complaint, just took a little longer to sort than I'd like.
Read moreBought a travel hairdryer from them last month and it works fine, the dual voltage bit was what sold me. Delivery took closer to five days than the two they quoted, which was a bit annoying since I needed it for a trip. Price was fair compared with the other places I looked. Would order again but I'd allow extra time.
The live tracking was the best bit, I could see exactly where the parcel was on the map the whole way. Arrived a day early which was mad. Only thing is the site kept logging me out when I tried to add a second address, a bit annoying. Otherwise sound and I'd order from them again.
