Compared with the other retailer I usually use, this one came out ahead for the wool throw I was after. The price was lower and the colour matched the photographs closely, which I was pleased about. Ordering was clear and I received a notification at each stage. The parcel was packed carefully, and nothing was damaged on arrival. I will return.

The order was simple enough to place, though I did have to ring once as the reference number was slow to appear. Delivery was prompt and the item arrived in good order. Not a complaint, just took a little longer to sort than I'd like.
