Rug

The pile height is listed on the product page and it matched what turned up, which is more than I can say for some places. The weave is tight and the backing is sturdy, so it lies flat on my wooden floor without any slipping. Delivery was tracked and the rug was rolled properly in a tube. It is exactly what I hoped for in a lounge rug.

Checked a couple of other sites first and this one was cheaper for the same size. Ordered on my phone without any trouble. Only downside is the delivery was a day slower than the other place would have been.

I used to drive forty minutes to a rug warehouse and bring it home in the back of the car, so ordering online was a big change. This site compared well against the local shop on price and the choice was much wider. The rug arrived rolled and undamaged, the instructions for placing it were clear, and I got a reply from customer service within a day when I asked about returning a sample. Really, it beat making the trip.

I have bought rugs from the big high street chain for years and this time I went with this site instead. The rug is a similar thickness but the edges are finished better and it has not shifted at all in the hallway. Price was lower than the chain for the same size, and it arrived without fuss. I have stuck with them since.

Really nice rug, colour is lovely and it looks good in my room. Took a bit longer than I expected to arrive though, around five working days, and the tracking didn't update for a while. Still worth it.

Had a look at a few rugs and this was the one I went for in the end. Good price for the size and it arrived fast. Nothing to complain about.

We needed a rug for the new flat to cover the cold tiles in the kitchen and make the room feel less bare. I have ordered from them before for the bedroom and knew what to expect. The rug came on time and was exactly the size I measured for. Everything went smoothly and I am pleased with it.

I bought a rug for my first flat and was a bit nervous about ordering something so big without seeing it. The rug is nice enough and the colour is close to the picture. The problem was that it took about a week longer than the site said, and the messages I sent through the chat took a couple of days to get a reply. Once it arrived it was fine, but the wait was frustrating.

The backing is the first thing I checked, because a cheap rug with a flimsy weave just slides about on laminate and curls at the corners. This one is dense and has a proper non slip underside, so it sits flat without a mat. The pile is short and even, and it has held up well to a toddler and two cats. For the money I think it is well made and I would order from them again.

Knowing a fair bit about rugs, I expected the wool content to be stated more clearly than it was on this site. Compared with the traditional shop I used to visit, the choice here feels narrower and the price looked a little higher for the same weight of pile. The rug itself is decent and the backing is well finished. I might look elsewhere next time for something similar.

Bought a runner for the hall. It fits the length I wanted and the colour is close to the photo. The only annoyance was that the delivery window was a day later than the site first said, so I had to rearrange a Saturday. Otherwise the quality is good and the rug has held up to two dogs and a muddy autumn.

The first thing I noticed was how solid the backing is, which is what you want from a cheaper rug. It's a reasonable price compared with the big names and it sits flat on the laminate. The one small thing was that the delivery came in a single large box that was awkward to get up the stairs. Otherwise a good buy.

Needed a rug for my bedroom to stop my feet freezing on the floorboards. Ordered it on a Monday and it turned up Wednesday, really quick. Looks so much nicer than I expected, would buy again.

I bought a mid sized rug for the bedroom. It does the job and the colour is as shown on the site. For what I paid, though, I expected a thicker pile, and it feels a little thinner than I'd like. It's not bad, just not quite the value I was hoping for.

Quick order, arrived in two days, rug looks even better in person. Checkout took about a minute on my phone and the app kept my details saved so I didn't have to type everything again. Would order again.

Honestly one of the best rug purchases I've made. Colour is gorgeous in the daylight and it's soft under bare feet. Delivery was quicker than I thought it would be and the packaging was fine, no damage at all. Would definitely go back for the matching runner for the hall when I get round to it.

Compared a few options before buying and this wasn't the cheapest by a little. The rug is good and the quality matches the description. Delivery was fine but the order page was slow to load on my laptop and I had to refresh it twice. Would still get it again.

We needed a runner for the stairs because the carpet had worn through near the top step and it was becoming a real trip hazard. I compared three shops before choosing this one, mainly because the measurements on the site were clear. The runner arrived well packed and fits the stairs with a little room to spare. We are very pleased with it.
