Rufflespackaging

Bought a case of parcel tape for the warehouse. Good value per roll, which is why I picked it. Delivery was on time and the tape holds well, though the box was a bit damp on one side.

I looked at three other sites for bubble wrap and went with these because the roll sizes were the cheapest per metre. The rolls came in one box and were fine, but one was slightly squashed on the corner. Customer service sorted a replacement but it took about a week, so it's a fair bit of waiting if you're in a rush.

Compared it to the other packaging supplier I usually use and this was slower to sort out, but the boxes turned up fine. Ordered a pallet of mailer boxes on my phone between jobs, got the confirmation straight away which was handy. Price was a bit higher than I'd like though, so I'll check both next time before I order.

I am very pleased with my order of gift boxes and ribbon for the church bazaar. The ordering was straightforward and I was able to see the sizes clearly before I chose. Everything arrived neatly packed and the ribbon colour matched the sample I had requested, which I did appreciate.

Needed some small postage boxes for my Etsy stuff and these were cheap and arrived quick. Only thing is the tape they sent wasn't great, but the boxes are fine.

Compared to the firm I used for years these boxes feel a bit lighter, but they hold the weight fine. I've been ordering from them a long time and the prices have crept up a little. Delivery is still reliable and the account system is easier than it was.

Needed loads of boxes fast for moving house, so I was really after something that would turn up before the weekend. Ordered on my phone during a break and it was dead easy. Came the next day and they're solid, honestly saved me a fortune on the removal van.

The stuff I got is fine, the mailers are decent and the price was good. Took about a week and a half to turn up though, and I had to message them twice to find out where it was. Would still order again tbh.

Ordered a tape gun and some tape, and the gun was fine but the tape took ages to arrive, nearly two weeks. When I tried to chase it the reply took three days. Not impressed with the wait for an order this small.

Compared these with the big online stores and they're a little dearer per box, but the quality is better and the boxes don't crush in transit. Ordering was quick and the delivery turned up when they said it would. Only small thing is the minimum order is a bit high for a one-off job.

Found these by accident and ordered a small batch of kraft boxes for my candle business. Arrived quickly and they look so good with my labels. Would definitely order again.

Good value for the money, and that's the main reason I keep coming back. The prices are clearly marked and there's no nasty surprise at checkout. Boxes were well packed and delivery was on time.

Best supplier for heavy duty pallet wrap and strapping I've found for our small unit. The stretch film holds even when it's cold in the yard and the price per roll is fair.

Compared a few options first and these came out cheapest for the kraft mailer bags I needed for my jewellery orders. The bags arrived in good nick and the order page was easy enough to follow.

Compared these with the free boxes from the local shop and they're much sturdier, which matters when I'm sending glassware. First order, so I was a bit wary, but they arrived well packed. Took a bit longer than I expected but otherwise no complaints.

Needed proper sturdy boxes for shipping hardbacks, because the thin ones I'd used before kept splitting. Ordered on the site, which was clear about the sizes, and the boxes arrived flat and well packed. No damage to any of the books, which is what matters to me.

I'd never ordered from them before and the padded mailers were a lot thicker than I expected for the money. The checkout was easy to follow on my phone and everything came in one box with no damage at all.

I needed plain kraft bags for the craft fair stall and the cost worked out much lower than the bags from the cash and carry. I bought the bulk pack so I'm not running out every few weeks, and the thickness is good enough that nothing tears when customers carry them home. The order came in a few days and the box was tidy.

The dispenser they sent with the tape is heavier than the cheap plastic ones I've had before and it cuts clean. I'd looked at two other sites first but the bundle price here was lower and it came with a spare roll. Happy with it.

I've been buying strapping from them for years for the allotment shed and the tension holds through the wet winter. The reel was the right length for the price and the ordering page lists the widths clearly so there was no guesswork.
