Ordered the dress for my cousin's wedding, the one in midi length. Checkout on my phone was quick and I got a confirmation straight away. It came two days later and fit perfectly. Gutted I didn't order a second colour, but the price was great.
Read moreI've used this place for years but compared to my old supplier the service has slipped. The item I ordered was a different shade to the picture, which was disappointing. When I rang about it, I waited ages for someone to pick up and the reply by email took four days. Pricing is fair but I'm less sure now.
Read moreOrdered a sewing machine for my daughter's birthday and I know my way round these, having sewn for years. The model I wanted was in stock and it arrived in the box exactly as described, with the foot pedal and all the feet included. The checkout was quick and I had the confirmation straight away.
Read moreGot the trainers through the app on the bus. Checkout took about a minute, saved my card and that was it. Turned up next day in the box they said it would. Only thing is the size guide is a bit off so I had to order a half size up.
My old one packed up the week before a trip so I needed something fast. I looked at three other sites first and this one had the best range and the clearest stock info. Found what I needed and it arrived in good time. Happy enough with it.
Honestly the price is the reason I'd order again, it's the best I've found for this sort of thing. The return was a bit fiddly because the form took ages to find. Otherwise the item was as described and arrived quickly.
Compared to the high street place I usually use, the process here was quicker and the stock was more what I expected. Ordered on a Tuesday and it came Thursday with no fuss. The only thing is the checkout asked me to make an account, which was a bit annoying, but I got over it once I was in.
I needed a cordless drill for a job at the weekend and didn't have time to shop around. Compared a few sites and this one had the model I wanted in stock with a clear delivery date. Price was a little higher than the big DIY shop, which is my only gripe. It arrived on time and works well.
