Ordered the dress for my cousin's wedding, the one in midi length. Checkout on my phone was quick and I got a confirmation straight away. It came two days later and fit perfectly. Gutted I didn't order a second colour, but the price was great.
Read moreI've used this place for years but compared to my old supplier the service has slipped. The item I ordered was a different shade to the picture, which was disappointing. When I rang about it, I waited ages for someone to pick up and the reply by email took four days. Pricing is fair but I'm less sure now.
Read moreOrdered a sewing machine for my daughter's birthday and I know my way round these, having sewn for years. The model I wanted was in stock and it arrived in the box exactly as described, with the foot pedal and all the feet included. The checkout was quick and I had the confirmation straight away.
Read moreCompared to ordering from the big names I expected this to be cheaper, but the postage cost more than I thought. The item was fine once it arrived. Checkout was fiddly and I had to retype my address twice. Not sure I'd rush back.
I needed a new set of garden tools for the spring jobs, my old ones had rusted through. Checked a couple of places but this had the widest choice. The price was a bit higher than the big DIY shop, though. Delivery came in a week, a day later than the date shown.
Honestly it does the job. Ordered a hoodie and it came fine, just not as bright as it looked on the site. The price is a bit steep for what it is. Wouldn't rush to order again but it's not terrible.
