Honestly this torch is class, bright enough for the garden at night and the battery lasts ages. Ordered on my phone in a couple of minutes and it turned up the next day. Nothing to complain about, would get another.

Got a little wall hook set for my new flat rather than the big chain, they were way cheaper than the other place and came quick. Ordering was dead easy. Hooks are a bit smaller than the pictures made them look but they hold my coats fine, so yeah happy enough.

I'd looked at three other sites for shelf brackets and most only listed the packs by length without saying the load. Here the weight rating was right there on the page, which is what made me pick them. They came in a neat pack with the screws included, and the shelves have held books and a fish tank without any sagging.

Been buying from them for close on fifteen years and they have never let me down. The garden hose fittings, the replacement hinges, the odd spanner, it's all there. Prices are fair, staff on the phone knew what they were talking about when I rang about a tap washer. Still the place I go first.

I'd snapped the pull cord on the mower and needed a replacement before the grass got out of hand. Knowing my model number was a bit of a faff, but once I had it the right part came up. Arrived within a few days and fitted with no bother. Good value compared with the dealer.

Honestly this is the roller I'll keep buying. It holds plenty of paint, doesn't leave fluff all over the wall, and the frame feels solid. I bought it after the cheap ones fell apart on my last flat. Delivery was quick and everything came undamaged. The extension pole fits perfectly too, which made the ceilings much less of a struggle.

First thing I noticed was the checkout asked for my postcode before anything else, which saved me a lot of typing. Ordered a set of picture hooks and a tin of wall filler on the Saturday and they turned up the Tuesday. Would order again.

The lid on our old kettle snapped so I needed a new one rather than buying a whole kettle. Found the part here for a fraction of what the manufacturer wanted and it fitted first time. Delivery was quick and the price was good, so for a bit of plastic that would have cost a fortune elsewhere, I'm happy.

Got a socket set here instead of the other place I usually check, way cheaper and it came in a proper case. Delivery was next day, which beat them. Only thing I'd say is the sockets are a bit tight on the bolts at first, but they loosen up. Good buy.

I ordered a squirrel proof bird feeder and it was a little smaller than the photo suggested, which I'd have liked to know before buying. The mechanism works well enough and the birds have taken to it. I did have to contact them about the wrong colour lid arriving, and their reply took a couple of days, though it was sorted in the end without fuss.

I used to buy my tealights from the supermarket but these lasted nearly twice as long and burned cleaner. Ordering was straightforward and they came in good time for the dinner party. Happy with them.

We had a door handle come off in our hands so I needed a replacement before the weekend. Found one here and it was in stock, which was the deciding factor. It arrived in two days and fitted the old screw holes without any drilling. One small thing, the instructions were a bit vague about which screws to use, but I managed.

I've been using the big DIY chain's brushes for years and these from here hold more paint and don't shed bristles everywhere. Honestly the difference is noticeable on a ceiling. Only reason it's not five is the handle is a touch lighter than I'd like, but for the money it's a decent swap.

Another order in, another good result. This is the third time I've bought from them for the greenhouse and workshop. Everything came when they said it would and the prices are reasonable. The site is a bit dated looking but it does the job and I have never had a problem.

I ordered a hose reel for the garden, and I'm afraid the box arrived with a dent in one corner, though the reel itself was fine. I did ring to mention it and they were polite about sorting a replacement, but it did take a little while to come through. The price was reasonable and I'm sure it will serve me well.

I was rather pleased by how clear the product description was when I came to order a replacement grab rail for the bathroom. The site told me exactly which fixings were included, which saved me a telephone call I'd have otherwise made. Delivery was prompt and the rail fitted the wall as described. I'd certainly use them again.

My shower head packed in so I needed a new one quick before the flatmates started moaning. Found one here and it was actually in stock. Got it two days later, fitted it in ten minutes and the water pressure is way better already. Cheap too.

I looked at three hose sets before choosing this one because the reviews on the others mentioned kinking. The one I got has a braided outer layer and it lies flat even after being left in the sun. The fittings are brass, not the cheap plastic you see elsewhere. The reel and the hose came packed separately and both were in good shape. Happy to have spent the extra.

Needed some pipe clips to fix a loose run under the kitchen sink and was never going to find the right size at the big DIY places near me. Found them here, listed by bore size with a clear picture, and they turned up in two days. Sorted in ten minutes and the sink hasn't rattled since.

Bought a pack of heavy duty cable ties for tidying up the garage wiring. They do the job, the locking part works well, although the packaging was a bit flimsy and one bag had split. Price was fair compared with the other places I checked.
