My doctor suggested I look at more seeds in my diet, so I needed a good supplier that doesn't cut corners. This one has been very satisfactory so far. The flaxseed is fresh and the ordering process was simple for a man of my years. A sensible choice.

I have been ordering the pumpkin seeds from them for several years now and they are still good. This time the parcel took the best part of a week longer than I expected to reach me. A quick note to me would have helped, but the seeds themselves are as good as ever.
