Chair arrived with a scratch and a long wait
We needed a replacement armchair for the front room after the old one gave up, and we've bought from this site before without any bother. This time the chair came with a visible scratch on one arm and I had to send photos before they would sort it. It took over a fortnight to get a replacement sorted and I was not impressed with the back and forth. The chair is fine now but it was a frustrating…

Needed a sofa bed for the spare room
We needed a sofa bed for the spare room when my mum started staying over more often, and I've been ordering furniture from this site for about five years now. The one we got folds out easily enough and the cushions are comfy. Delivery took a bit longer than the date they gave me but they kept me updated by email. The mechanism is a touch stiff on the first few goes though.

Needed a small desk for the spare room
We needed a small desk for the spare room that would not take up the whole wall, and this one fits neatly under the window. The price is a little above the high street but the style is what we wanted. Delivery came in good order.
the lamp shade colour actually matches the listing
The colour on the lamp shade is exactly the shade of green in the photos, which I didn't expect after reading other sites. I looked at three or four places before picking this one, and the price was a bit higher than the rest but the reviews were better. Setting up took five minutes.

good stuff, a bit pricey for what it is
Solid mid century style piece and it arrived in one piece. A bit pricey for what it is compared to some others I checked, but the look is right and I'm happy enough. Would order again if I needed something similar.
The bedside table drawers are smooth
The drawers on the bedside table run really smoothly and the wood grain looks like the photos. I've got a budget so I was watching the price closely, and it's reasonable for the quality. Delivery was a day later than they said, but nothing major.
