Chair arrived with a scratch and a long wait
We needed a replacement armchair for the front room after the old one gave up, and we've bought from this site before without any bother. This time the chair came with a visible scratch on one arm and I had to send photos before they would sort it. It took over a fortnight to get a replacement sorted and I was not impressed with the back and forth. The chair is fine now but it was a frustrating…

Needed a sofa bed for the spare room
We needed a sofa bed for the spare room when my mum started staying over more often, and I've been ordering furniture from this site for about five years now. The one we got folds out easily enough and the cushions are comfy. Delivery took a bit longer than the date they gave me but they kept me updated by email. The mechanism is a touch stiff on the first few goes though.
