ReTress

Most sites have stopped stocking spares for the older models of this kit, so I was surprised this one had the exact part I needed. The listings give the compatible models clearly, which saved me ordering the wrong thing. Packed well, arrived in two days, and the part fitted first time, so I'd have no hesitation going back to them for more.

My old one packed up the night before a trip so I was desperate. Found what I needed on here and it was sorted quick. Delivery was next day, which saved me. Cheers.

Compared about four sites before picking ReTress and the prices on the other ones were just higher for the same stuff. The order came quicker than I expected and everything was packed properly, so I had nothing to complain about. Found exactly what I was after first time and checkout was painless. Would happily use them again for my next bit of shopping.

We needed a replacement for a broken part and I'd been putting it off for weeks. Found the right one here after comparing a few places, and the others wanted a lot more for the same thing. Ordered on a Friday and it was waiting on the Tuesday. Fit went smoothly and the price was reasonable for what it is.

Honestly this is the best online place I've used for this kind of thing. Site is easy to browse on my phone and I found what I wanted without scrolling forever. Ordered on a Sunday night and it turned up Tuesday, which was faster than I thought. Stuff arrived in good nick too. Will be back, no question.

Good value for money, the prices are a fair bit lower than the big high street names for the same stuff. Delivery was a day later than they said but fine.

Bought the upgraded version this time instead of the standard one and it was worth the extra. Ordering was simple and it came in a couple of days. Everything was as described and it works well so far. Good value for the money.

Went round a few different sites before settling on this one and it was the most sensible choice. Prices were competitive and the range was wide. The checkout was quick and tidy. It's exactly what I wanted and arrived ready to use.

Compared with the other shop I usually use, this one has a much better range and the pictures actually look like the item. The order took a bit longer to show as dispatched than I'd like, but it turned up fine. Would order again.

I know this area well and I've tried most of the big sites, so I was curious how they'd stack up. Their search lets you filter by spec properly, which the others mostly don't. The one I wanted was in stock and the description matched what turned up. Took two days to arrive. Compared to the usual aggregator sites it's clearly more straightforward to browse, and the listings are more accurate about what you're actually getting. Not much to fault.

Needed a replacement because the old one gave up on me after a couple of years. Didn't want to spend a fortune so I looked for something decent and affordable. Ordered on a Thursday and it came the following Monday. Works fine and the price was fair.

I order the same refill from them every couple of months and it's become a routine. Put it on subscription a while back which saves me remembering. It arrives like clockwork and the packaging is always neat. Haven't had a single problem in ages.

I went for the bundle deal in the end, which was the bit that made me choose them over the others I looked at. Put it in the basket, paid, and it arrived in a few days. Everything was as listed and nothing was missing. Simple enough.

Placed my usual order again last month, same as always. The site is easy to find my way round and it arrived quicker than last time, which was nice. Only thing is the courier left it with a neighbour and I had to go round and fetch it.

Compared it against two other sites and this one came out cheapest once delivery was added in. That alone was the reason I went with them. The order was easy to place and I got a confirmation straight away. Good value for what you pay, and it arrived intact.

Verdict is it's a decent place to buy from, but you pay a bit more than you would elsewhere. The item was good and it came well packed. The site is fine to navigate. My issue is the price, I found the same thing cheaper on another site a week later. Delivery took about five days which was okay. I'd probably check other places first next time.

What I noticed most was the detailed size guide on each listing, which saved me a return. I've been buying from them for a good few years now. The order was processed fine and delivery was on time. Only small gripe is the returns form is a bit fiddly to fill in.

The specific thing I bought was a replacement part for an older model that other sites had stopped stocking, and I know this area pretty well so I was glad they had it. Checkout was straightforward and I got a dispatch email the same afternoon. It arrived within a few days in a padded envelope with no damage. It fitted first time and worked as it should.

Needed a birthday present in a hurry and a mate recommended these. Placed my first order and it arrived in two days. Easy to use and no faff at checkout.
