Needed a replacement part for a boiler fault on a Sunday and the site had it listed for Monday morning. Checked out on my phone in about two minutes and got a confirmation email straight away. Got it Monday, fitted it, job done. Quick and no fuss.
Read moreI compared a few sites before choosing this one for a set of curtains, but the order came through with the wrong colour and I had to chase them for a replacement. The curtains themselves are fine but the process was frustrating. Another fortnight went by before the right ones turned up, so I'm unlikely to order again.
Read moreI've ordered from them for years and the loft ladder I got this time was exactly what I wanted, sturdy and the hinges feel well made. Delivery was a day later than the site said but they sent a text ahead, which was appreciated. The only niggle is the instructions were a bit vague on the second bracket so I had to watch a video to get it lined up right. Still, happy with it and I'd order again.
Read moreI've bought from them a fair few times over the years, but this time I compared it with the shop I used to use and it doesn't feel as sturdy. The hinges on the cabinet are a bit loose out of the box. Delivery was on time though, and the price is still fair.
I ordered a bedside lamp and it arrived with a small crack in the base, which was a bit disappointing as it was my first order. The return form was fiddly to fill in and it took a few days to get a reply from support. They did send a replacement, but I felt it dragged a bit.
Honestly it's fine. Ordered on the app, it was easy enough, and it got here in a couple of days. Quality is okay for the money but I've seen similar stuff cheaper elsewhere so it's a bit meh. Would probably look around next time.

RealCraft is an online retailer of craft and hobby supplies, selling materials for projects such as knitting, sewing, painting, jewellery making and papercraft. Its website is organised around the main craft disciplines, so customers can move from basic materials to tools and finishing supplies within the same category structure. The company sells primarily through its online store and ships orders to customers across the United Kingdom.
RealCraft's customers are largely hobbyists and home makers who buy supplies for personal projects rather than for commercial production. The brand's product pages give details on materials and suitability, which helps shoppers choose between similar items before they order.
