Rattan Furniture Fairy

This was my first order from the site, I bought a rattan armchair for the spare room. It's comfortable enough and looks decent, but the seat is a bit firmer than I expected from the description. Delivery took a few extra days and I had to ring them to find out where it was.

I had been looking at rattan armchairs for some time and this one was a step down from the better shops I've used. The weave is looser than I expected and the back feels flimsy when you lean on it. It was dearer than the other places I checked, and I found the returns process rather a long winded affair when I wanted to send it back.

The seat depth on the rattan armchair was the first thing that made me pick this place over the others, I'd looked at three or four sites and they all had shallow seats. Ordering was quick and it arrived in a good time. Pleased with it.

I've been buying rattan from the garden centre for years and this site beats them on price for a similar piece. The sun lounger I got from here has held up better than the one I bought in store a few years back. I've been a customer for a long while now and haven't had any complaints.

We needed something to sit on by the front door for the boots and the shoes. Got the rattan bench, it's fine and the price was right. The only thing is the colour looked a touch darker in person than on screen, but it still works.

We wanted a dining set for the conservatory that could handle the heat from the windows. I know a fair bit about rattan and these are a good weave, the frames are solid. The only thing I'd flag is the cushion covers are a bit thin for the price, so I'd check before buying.

We bought the corner sofa set three years ago and it's still sat on our patio. The cushions have faded a bit but the frame is as good as the day it came. Never had any trouble with them.

The first thing I noticed was how heavy the frame is on the rattan sofa, which is a good sign. Had it on the drive and in the garden in about ten minutes between meetings. Ordered quick, it came quick, nothing to fault.

Looked at three or four other sites before picking this one, and the thing that sold me was the depth of the seat on the rattan armchair. It's deeper than the high street ones and my back doesn't get sore after an hour. I ordered on a weekday evening and the confirmation came through straight away. Happy with it so far and I'd happily buy from them again.

Yeah the rattan planter stand is great, super sturdy and fits the corner of my balcony perfectly. Got it delivered no problem and it arrived in one piece. Would buy again x

Honestly it's a decent rattan footstool but it's a bit pricier than some places I looked at. The quality is alright and it does the job in the living room. I'd have liked a bit more for the money.

Compared to the stuff in the big home shop this is way nicer for the money, the rattan is actually thick and doesn't look flat. Ordered a pouffe and a little side table, both arrived fine. Would order again lol.

We got the rattan hall bench after comparing a couple of others, and this one has a nicer seat height. The site made it easy to check the size before ordering. It arrived in good time and it's been a nice addition to the hall.

Our old table had a wobbly leg and we had people coming for Sunday lunch so I needed something sorted quick. Found a rattan dining set on the site, ordered it on my phone during my lunch break and it was sorted within the week. Checkout was quick, tracking was useful, and the set looks just like the photos. Happy with it.

Ordered a rattan wardrobe for the spare room and the price is hard to beat for what you get. Put it together in an afternoon and it's sturdy. Delivery was on time and I've no complaints about how it turned up.

The rattan lamp shade is nicely made, the weave is even and there are no loose ends. Got it for the hallway and it works well with the light. The delivery took a bit longer than I'd like, about a week, but it arrived in good nick.

Honestly these are good value for what you get, I've had rattan furniture before that cost twice as much and fell apart. This one is solid, the frame is sturdy and the cushion ties are well made. Ordering was simple and the delivery came in the time they said. Would get another one for the garden.

Needed a chair for the garden shed where I do my bits and bobs, so got a cheap rattan one. It's been a few weeks and it's holding up fine, no wobble. Ordered on my phone in the car park and it came the week after.

Compared to the garden centre I normally use, the price on the rattan storage unit was quite a bit lower for what looked like the same build. The delivery took nine days though, which was longer than they said on the site, and I had to chase once. The unit itself is fine and holds the cushions nicely. Would order again for the price.

Got the tall rattan planter stand for my plants and it's brilliant. Good height, feels proper sturdy and the price was lower than I was expecting. Packed up nicely too.
