Rattan Direct

I was rather taken with the seat cushions, which are thicker than I expected and very comfortable. One can order without any bother, and the goods came well packed and in good time. I'm pleased with the purchase.

Compared to the big furniture chain in town this was a fair bit cheaper for a similar rattan basket, so I went with it. The order was simple enough and it arrived in a few days, the weave is tidy and it does the job for the money.

Needed a mirror for my new flat so I just went on the site and got one. Ordering was dead easy. Only thing was it took a bit longer to arrive than I thought, but it came in one piece.

Bought the rattan pendant lamp for over the dining table and it's a nice soft light. Ordered on my phone during my commute, easy enough once I found the right filter. It came boxed with the fittings and instructions, took me about twenty minutes to hang it. Happy.

Compared to the big chain on the high street this was a lot cheaper for the same sort of thing. Ordering was quick on my phone, took about five minutes. Delivery was on the day. Would go back.

The weave on the bedside cabinet I bought from them years ago is still holding up, which is what stood out to me most. I've been buying bits from them since then and the quality has stayed the same. Ordering is easy enough even for me.

Bought the rattan planter set for the back patio, three pots with liners included. Worked out cheaper than the garden centre by quite a bit once I added up what I'd have paid for the liners separately. Delivery came quicker than the date they gave. Good value, nothing to complain about.

Honestly it's a decent bit of furniture for the money and I'd say that's the main reason I'd keep it. The price was fair compared with other places I looked. Delivery was a bit of a faff though, the driver rang twice and I had to rearrange for the next morning. Would be fine buying again if I had to.

We were in need of a replacement laundry basket after the old one split, and this proved very suitable. The ordering process was clear and I found the sizing information helpful. It arrived in good time and well packed.

Really happy with the rattan hamper, it's a good size and the weave looks well finished. The only thing is delivery took closer to two weeks than the week they quoted, and I had to message to find out where it was. Otherwise nice enough and the price was fair.

Honestly this is the cutest rattan lamp I've got for my room and it was cheap. Ordered it super quick on my phone and it came way earlier than I thought it would. Would totally get something else from them.

Pretty sure this is the best value I've found for a rattan storage basket anywhere. The site was clear about sizes and the basket arrived exactly as shown. Packed well with no dents. First order and I'm already planning the next one.

Bought the garden bench and it's sturdy enough for what I need. The colour looked a bit darker on the site than it is in real life. Ordered it on my phone while waiting for the kettle to boil, it was quick. Fair enough for the price.

The wicker serving tray I ordered looked a clear shade lighter than the photos, which was the first thing I noticed when it arrived. The weave also had a few loose strands that I'd expect to be tidied up before posting. I've used rattan trays for years so I know what good finish looks like. Returning it meant filling in a form and waiting ages for the refund to come through. Not what I hoped for.

Compared with the usual place I'd go, this was a fair bit cheaper and the basket is decent. Ordering on my phone was quick. Delivery came on the day they said. Nothing to moan about.

Needed a new rug for the lounge before my in laws came round on Sunday and the site had exactly the size I wanted in stock. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break, took about two minutes. Arrived the next working day, wrapped properly and no damage. Really pleased, will use them again.

Got this chair way cheaper than the one I tried in the shop last month and it looks just as good. Ordering took ages to load on my phone but once it went through it was fine. Happy with it.

We needed a new sun lounger for the back garden after the old one gave way over winter. Ordered it through their site, which I find straightforward enough. Arrived in good order and the price was sensible for what it is.

Ordered the wall shelves on Tuesday and they turned up Thursday which was mad fast. Tried to sort a question about the brackets through the chat thing and got a reply the next day, bit slow but fine. Looks nice up on the wall now, not gonna lie.

Bought the rattan storage bench for the hallway and it's a tidy bit of kit for the money. Price was decent next to the other places I checked, and it arrived in one piece. Took a fair few minutes to build but the instructions were clear enough. Worth the money.
