Race Crate

Ordered a desk lamp and it came with a small scratch on the base, which I could see once I'd unboxed it. Customer services sorted a replacement but it took a few days to hear back. The lamp itself works well and the light is nice and warm. Delivery was quick, arrived the next day.

I've been ordering from them for years now and this time I compared the price with the big chain I usually go to. It came out cheaper and the item was just as good, which I didn't expect. The site has stayed easy to use, no fiddly pop-ups. Parcel came on time as always. Happy customer.

I needed a new bag for uni after the strap on my old one snapped in the middle of a lecture. The one I got is big enough for my laptop and a folder, and the zips feel sturdy. Ordering was dead easy and it came two days later. It's not fancy but it does the job and I've been using it every day since.

Quick, cheap and no fuss. Ordered a phone case on a Monday and had it by Wednesday. The fit is spot on and it feels sturdier than I thought it would for the price. Would buy again.

Compared with three other sites I checked for the same tent pegs, this came out cheapest once the postage was added. The pegs are sturdy and went into the ground fine in the wet ground on our last camp. Delivery was next day and the order email was clear. Good value.

The first thing I noticed was how heavy the fabric is, which is exactly what I wanted for a winter layer. I've bought a lot of technical base layers over the years and this one holds its shape after a wash. The seams are flat and there's no itch at the neck. Ordering took two minutes and it was all sorted quickly.

Compared with the specialist shop I normally use for this sort of kit, this one is a bit cheaper but the quality is noticeably lighter. The item I bought is fine for occasional use. It came a day later than the date shown and the packing was a bit thin, but nothing was damaged. Probably fine for a one off.

Good for the money, and I'd order again. Got a pack of kitchen towels and they're thicker than the supermarket ones at the same price per sheet. Checkout was quick and delivery came the next afternoon. Nothing I'd change.

The grip on the sole is the first thing I noticed and it's better than anything else I've had at this price. I've been buying cycling shoes for about ten years so I know what to look for. The fit is true to size and the upper doesn't rub. Delivery was quick and it all came nicely packed.

I was rather struck by how smoothly the zip runs on the jacket I ordered, which I didn't expect at this price. I've been buying outdoor clothing for many years and I can tell good stitching when I see it. The sleeves are a touch long for me but that's easily sorted. Everything arrived as described and I'm very pleased with it.

I needed a replacement filter for the boiler and the one I'd been using was out of stock everywhere else I checked. Found it here at a sensible price, and when I compared it with the manufacturer's own site it saved me a fair bit. The part fitted exactly as described and the instructions were in the box. Delivery came the next working day, which was handy with the heating off. Nothing to grumble about.

Bought a pair of trainers and they're a good shout for the money, the grip on the sole is decent and they look just like the photos. The only niggle is that they came out about half a size smaller than I expected, so I'd size up if you're between sizes. Delivery was quick, arrived the day after I ordered. Still a happy customer.

I needed a new car charger because mine stopped working on a long drive and I'd been relying on it. The one I got charges my phone quickly and the cable is a decent length. The checkout asked me to create an account which was a bit annoying, but I got through it. Arrived in two days.

I needed a proper rain jacket for a walking trip in Wales and my old one had given up. The hood fits over a helmet, which I wanted for the cycle to the trailhead. It kept me dry through a full afternoon of rain and the zips held up. The order went through without any trouble and it turned up well before I needed it.

Compared to the high street shop I usually go to, this was a lot quicker and the prices were a bit lower on the same kind of thing. I placed my first order on a Sunday evening and it turned up the next afternoon, which I wasn't expecting at all. The tracking page was clear and I got a text when it was on its way. Would order again.

I am pleased to report the order was dealt with in good order from start to finish. The item is a sturdy little kitchen timer and it does what I need it to. Delivery arrived on the promised day and the box was neatly packed. Would order again.

Ordered a hoodie on my phone during my lunch break and it was simple to get through checkout. It arrived the next day in a bag with the hoodie folded properly. The colour matches the pics and the material is soft without being thin. Price was good for what it is. Fine by me.

Good value, and that's the main reason I'd come back. I paid less than I'd have paid for the same set of cable ties and clips in the big DIY shop, and the quantity was more than enough for the job. Delivery came in two days with no charge over the free postage limit. Nothing about it made me think I'd overpaid, so I'd order from them again.

I ordered a pair of running leggings as my first order with them and I wasn't sure what to expect. They came in a few days, the stitching is neat and the waistband sits flat when I'm running. The checkout was easy on my phone and I didn't have to make an account to pay. Sizing was spot on for me, so I've already been back for a second pair in a different colour.
