Needed a boiler cover in a hurry because the old one cracked and it was making the kitchen look rubbish. Ordered it on my phone during my lunch break and it was easy to find the right model by typing in the boiler brand. Turned up next day, fitted in about ten minutes with the clips it came with. Looks way better now and the price was sound.
Read moreOrdered trainers and the size was off by half a size, too small. Had to send them back. Returns form was a faff, took ages to print the label and the refund took over a week to show up. Not impressed.
Read moreI was rather pleased that the order page set out the price and delivery date before I had to enter any card details. My husband prefers to shop in person, so I took it on myself to order a new shower curtain rail. The instructions on the page were very clear and I managed it without ringing anyone. It arrived well packed and the fittings were all there. I shall certainly use them again.
Read moreCompared to the big high street chain I used to buy from, this is more straightforward. I've been ordering from them for years and the search filters are much better than they used to be. One order last month had a small colour mismatch on the cushion cover, but they sorted a replacement without fuss. Still my go to.
Easily the best of the three I looked at. I compared it against two other sites and the prices here were a few quid lower for the same spec. Ordering was quick and the confirmation came through straight away. It did take a couple of extra days to dispatch than they said, nothing dramatic. Would order from them again.
Good shelves for the hallway, the brackets feel sturdy and the finish is nice. Compared a couple of others first and this was the most sensible price. Took longer to arrive than I'd have liked, but once it did it went up fine.
Our old shower head was dribbling and the water pressure had dropped right off, so I needed a replacement before the weekend. First time ordering from here so I wasn't sure what to expect. The checkout was clear and the delivery tracking worked. The head arrived a day later than the estimate but the thread fitted my existing pipe without any adapter. Pressure is much better now.
Bought a set of cushion covers for the new sofa. They look nice in the photos and they're the right size. The zip is a bit stiff but it works fine. Sent quickly.
