Needed a boiler cover in a hurry because the old one cracked and it was making the kitchen look rubbish. Ordered it on my phone during my lunch break and it was easy to find the right model by typing in the boiler brand. Turned up next day, fitted in about ten minutes with the clips it came with. Looks way better now and the price was sound.
Read moreOrdered trainers and the size was off by half a size, too small. Had to send them back. Returns form was a faff, took ages to print the label and the refund took over a week to show up. Not impressed.
Read moreI was rather pleased that the order page set out the price and delivery date before I had to enter any card details. My husband prefers to shop in person, so I took it on myself to order a new shower curtain rail. The instructions on the page were very clear and I managed it without ringing anyone. It arrived well packed and the fittings were all there. I shall certainly use them again.
Read moreBought the little clip on desk lamp for uni. It does the job, the light's fine and it clips onto the desk easy enough. Took about a week to arrive which was a bit slow but whatever. Looks a bit cheaper in real life than the photos honestly, the arm wobbles a bit when you move it. Still fine for the money.
The first thing I noticed was that the price for the garden trellis panel was noticeably lower than the two other places I checked. I'd compared a few before buying. Delivery was slower than the listing said though, and when I emailed about it the reply took three days. The panel itself is fine and the price made it worth it, just not the smoothest.
I looked at a few places before settling on this one for the garden hose reel. The price here was fair and the reel is well made. Took a bit longer than the estimate to arrive, and the packaging was a bit flimsy so one corner was dented. Customer services did sort a replacement reel though, so it was not too bad.
