Compared with the high street shops I usually go to, this was a lot cheaper and the earrings look just as good. First order so not sure about the rest, but these are lovely.

We needed a birthday present for my mum in a hurry after the local shop let us down, so I compared a few places before settling on this one. The range was easy to browse and the checkout didn't make me jump through hoops. Everything arrived looking exactly like the photos, and I'd happily order from them again for family.

Sorted my girlfriend's birthday present from here and she liked it. Checkout was fine but the delivery took longer than the site said it would, a few extra days. Still happy with it though.

Good prices and the site is easy enough to use, and I'd order from them again. Delivery took a few days longer than the estimate said it would, which was a bit annoying but nothing serious. The item itself was fine and matched what I'd ordered.

Compared to the cheap ones from the big marketplaces, these feel far more solid in the hand and the colour has stayed put. I know what a decent plated finish should look like after a few weeks, and these are holding up well. The sizing was accurate and the rings fit as expected.

I bought the pendant after looking at a few options elsewhere, and this was the one I went for in the end. It arrived a day later than the estimate, which was fine. The pendant was a little smaller than I'd pictured from the photos, though, so it's not quite what I had in mind for a gift.

I'd been looking at a similar piece in a shop in town, and this one came in quite a bit cheaper for what seems like the same quality. I've been a regular customer for a good while now, and this is the best value I've had from them. The stone is set well, the setting is secure, and it's been wearing nicely through the winter.

I've bought a few things from them over the years and this time I went for a replacement strap for an old watch. The strap fitted the case exactly and the buckle is well made. Delivery was a touch slower than usual this time, which was a bit frustrating, but the product itself is exactly what I wanted and I've been wearing it every day since it arrived.

Needed something for a night out and this was the first place that had a decent choice. Ordered on Monday, it was here Wednesday. Looks nice, feels nice, no complaints.

Compared with the chain store down the road, these came in noticeably cheaper for what looked like the same spec. I've bought a few pairs of earrings and rings over the last couple of years and I can tell a decent finish when I see one. Nothing has gone green or tarnished so far.

I needed a replacement hoop for an old pair I'd lost, and I wanted something that wouldn't cost the earth. Priced well compared with the places I checked, and the size was right first time. It's a simple piece but it does the job and it's still looking fine after a few weeks of wear.

In my opinion this is an excellent choice of gift for a special occasion, and I am quite satisfied with it. The site was simple to navigate and the item I chose was clearly described. The bracelet has a nice finish and the clasp is secure. The delivery arrived in good condition and the whole experience was done properly from beginning to end. I would be glad to order from them again when the need arises.

The engraving came out really well, which was the bit I was most worried about. I've been ordering from them for years now, and the wording was exactly as I typed it into the box. The bracelet has held up through daily wear and the finish still looks good. My only real moan is that they've slightly changed how the site shows the options, but that's a small thing.

Got a pair of small gold hoops from them for a night out last weekend. Look exactly like the pictures and the clasp feels solid. Ordering was dead easy on my phone and they turned up the next day, so can't complain at all.

The bracelet I bought for my granddaughter's confirmation arrived well wrapped and in good time. I was a little anxious about the quality but it is lovely and sturdy, and she has worn it every day since. The ordering process was straightforward and I was able to pay without any trouble.

I needed a simple gold band as a replacement after my old one went missing. The shop was easy to find my way around and the ring fitted well. It came a little later than I'd hoped but was fine in the end.

The clasp on the chain is properly secure, which is more than I can say for half the stuff I've bought online over the years. I've had a few pieces from here now and I know what to look for in metal finish, and the plating is holding up well after months of wear. The only small thing was the box, which was a bit flimsy, but the piece inside was fine.

The price on the ring I wanted was about a third less than the high street, and it came with a proper box and a certificate. I was not sure the cheaper price would mean poor quality, but the band feels solid and the stone is set firmly. Delivery came in a couple of days and the tracking was accurate. For the money I think it is hard to beat.

Checkout on my phone was quick and didn't crash, which is more than I can say for some sites. The chain I bought was exactly what I wanted and the length was spot on. Happy with it, would get another for my brother.
