Got the 500 piece panorama and it's a good cut with chunky pieces that are easy to handle. The image printing is sharp and the colours are rich. Delivery took a day longer than the estimate but the parcel was fine. Would order again.

Bought the 500 piece panorama of the Lake District to do with my mum. It came in at a good price compared with the high street and the pieces are a nice size, not too fiddly. We've already done the sky and half the hills. Nothing I'd change about the thing itself.

I used to order from a larger chain, and this is much easier to use than theirs ever was. The search lets me filter by piece count, which saves me scrolling through pages. My last order came quickly and the puzzle was exactly as shown. I've stuck with them since.

I needed a present for my dad's retirement and was running out of time, so I went looking for something he would actually enjoy. He's been doing puzzles on holiday for years, so I wanted one that wasn't too easy. The site had a good range of difficulty levels and the image he picked turned out to be spot on. It arrived on time and he's already started on it.

I needed something to do on the evenings after my shifts at the hospital, nothing on the telly holds my attention anymore. I picked a 1000 piece landscape and the image is crisp, the colours are rich and it's the right difficulty for me. Checkout was quick and the confirmation email came straight away. Happy with it.

Bought the 1000 piece one for my flatmate and it's honestly so good. Delivery was quicker than I thought, arrived in about three days. Only thing is the pieces came a bit dusty so I wiped them down with a cloth. Would get another one.

Really easy first order and I'd happily go back. I had been putting off buying a jigsaw for my mum's birthday because I wasn't sure what would arrive, but the site showed a clear picture of the puzzle and the box size before I paid. Checkout took about two minutes and the confirmation email came straight away. The puzzle arrived well packed and in good time, so I'll be ordering from them again for the grandchildren.

Honestly the puzzles themselves are good, the cardboard is thick and the print is sharp with no visible dots on the sky section. I've done about six of them now so I know what I'm looking at. My only gripe is that the delivery took closer to ten days than the estimate said, and the tracking didn't update for most of that time. Ordering was straightforward and the price is fair for the size. Would definitely order from them again.

Compared to the other site I usually use, this was a bit cheaper and the picture looked just as good. Ordering was quick on my phone, though the checkout took a couple of extra taps to find the delivery option. It came a day later than I was told, but no biggie. Pieces are good.

I ordered the Venice scene for my wife's birthday and it was very well received. The image is as clear as the website showed, and the pieces were all present when I counted them. Delivery was prompt and the parcel was well protected. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I'd have to say this is a fine choice if you want something to keep you occupied over the winter. The puzzle I chose was well made with a sturdy box and the picture is very clear. Ordering was straightforward and the delivery was prompt. I have no complaints.

Needed something to keep the kids quiet on the long drive to Cornwall and this did the job. Ordered it at lunchtime on my phone during a break, took about a minute. Arrived the next morning, which saved me panicking the night before. Kids are still at it.

Compared with the supermarket ones, this is dearer, which I didn't expect given the rest of the site looks budget. The puzzle is good quality though and I got the one I wanted. Took a while to arrive, almost a week, and the tracking wasn't very helpful. I'd probably look elsewhere next time for the price.

The puzzle itself is lovely, and the pieces fit well with no real issues. The only thing that stood out was the box lid being a touch tight. Delivery came in a couple of days.

The first thing I noticed was the postage was added at the final step, which made the total jump more than I expected. The puzzle is fine, the pieces are decent and the image came out as shown. Delivery was about a week and the box was a bit crushed at one corner. I'd check the total before paying.

I compared a few sites before buying and this one came out on top for the price and the image choice. The ordering page was clear and I didn't have to create an account. The puzzle arrived well packed and the pieces are sharp and easy to separate. I'm glad I went with them over the others.

I found this a good deal more pleasant than the card shop in town, where the choice was very limited and the staff seemed rushed. The website let me browse by theme, which suited me far better. Everything was clearly laid out and the ordering process was simple enough. I'm very pleased with it.

After my husband passed I found I needed something to occupy the evenings, and a puzzle seemed a gentle way to do it. I chose a scene of the Lake District, which reminds me of our holidays there. The ordering process was clear and the staff were helpful when I had a question about the piece count. The puzzle has given me a great deal of quiet comfort.
